I think Ryan will be bringing over some of the skins from FOBL, as per Daimyo's suggestion. That way us sane folks don't have to look at the putrid yellow/babyshit brown combination.

are the skins user defined? like if there's several to choose from? that would be cool... what about the old folder icons? those were much cooler, and how about the lightbulbs? those were pretty cool too...

Once there are several to choose from, they are user-definable, yes.
