OT: WINGS IS ON!
Yes the hit TV show from the 90s is on Nick at Night as we dawn 4 AM on the East coast.
I love this show. It's awesome. Maybe it is just me, but come now, Roy Biggins is so awesome. I am 19, in college and it's 4 AM. Forget studying (hey, second semester hasn't begun yet!) it's time for Wings. "Roy Biggins doesn't pay for sex .. Roy Biggins INCORPORATED pays for sex" |

I just saw an article about Lowell being in the surprise hit indie movie Sideways (I think that's the name). And of course, Monk's Tony Shalhoub as Antonio, whose accent was so good I can't watch him to this day without expecting it to come out of his mouth every time he speaks.
Whatever happened to Farrah Forke? Yummy!

And what was the deal with Crystal Bernard, she was not overly attractive or sexy, in fact she was rather plain, and yet........and yet.

I think one of the best Lowell moment(s) has to be when they played Trivial Pursuit

Crystal was way better than rather plain. (hell, she qualified to be one of the waitresses on the later days It's A Living...counts for something, right?)

Not to mention her hit duet with Peter Cetera - about as unlikely as Patrick Swayze scoring a hit. That one hit me out of left field when I first heard about it.

I still watch Cheers late at night. That show is still hillarious after 15-20 years.
And, in a sign of desparation, my heart lept a bit when I saw this thinking perhaps the Red Wings were playing. And I'm a goddamn Blackhawks fan and I was hoping for the Red Wings to play. ARggggh! *starts sobbing like a little girl for hockey* SI

Farrah Forke is stunning.
I was Tivoing Wings for a while, but kind of grew tired of it. And, yeah, I agree about the Crysal Bernard thing...just something about her...

Ok, but if you wake up with a red ball in your mouth, empty bottles of vodka strewn about, and the corpse of Anwar Sadat laying next to you in a prone position, don't say I didn't warn you.

Lowell's wife Bunny always gets me when I watch re-runs. I keep expecting her to limp in and go after one of the chicks, but she is into men on this show.
