The winner has now signed up! I'm 100% on these in the FOFC world.
Ok, so I've won the only one I entered, and that was the World Cup pick'em on Yahoo last year!

No one is bragging about their picks! This is the best time to do it, half of us will be out of the game after Friday, 3/4 of us by the end of Sunday.

Well, in the wee hours of the morning, I filled out my bracket. The Fred Taylor line is particularly appropriate in my comment.
As for the brackets falling apart by Sunday, that's half the fun: watching your bracket shred and then cheering for that crazy upset. Why, you ask: so those losers/bosses/uncultured barbarians who pick the three #1s and a #2 see their bracket fall apart faster than yours which died on the first Thursday after your Final Four participants Mizzou and LSU lost to SIU and Purdue. Yes, those arses who picked that #2 not because they thought Florida would beat Texas but just so when you told them they were unoriginal slugs claim they didn't pick all the favorites. Those very same people whose only "upsets" were one 12 over a 5 in the first round (10-7s and 9-8s are not upsets), those trendy Mizzou and Maryland 6's, maybe UConn and Mississippi St in those huge #5s over 4s and Syracuse in the E8 because you were watching the exact same selection show everyone else was where they pointed out the tourney screwed up and sent Syracuse to play 4 home games. Anyone can pick a bracket like that, but only the truly derranged can see Ridenour and Jackson leading Oregon over Kentucky (ok, I wasn't ballsy enough to put that on this bracket) or boldly proclaim that 1-3 in the South will be done by Sunday. You know at least 2 double digits will survive to the Sweet 16, so how can you make yourself look that much smarter without collapsing your bracket in the process? Oh crap, did your Weber St or Western Kentucky get steamrolled in the first round? How about steamrolled in the first round by a team that looks like it should go far ("Oops, the Illini are now in the E8, my West bracket is fubar")? Or maybe, it's that game you just weren't sure who was going to win (Mich St vs Colorado) but you know they were going to go far and knock off a couple of good teams in the process: "Aww crap, I knew Florida was going to get hosed by one of them but I picked the wrong one!" It's NCAA bracket time and it's all about style over substance! SI

Hmm..for some reason, the FOFC group doesn't appear in my Yahoo! page anymore. I wonder if I missed a deadline?
