I always thought Marcus Tuiasosopo was a bit hard to say.

This is the one that always threw me for a loop:

Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala

Tough to spell too, though I give you credit for getting the last name right (his first name is "Marques" through it's pronounced "Marcus").

The polynesian names I don't have a problem with, since they follow a pretty easy system - you pronounce all of the vowels. Takes a little practice in sounding some of them out at first, but I'll take pronouncing polynesian names over slavic names any day.

Greatest sports radio moment I ever hear was when UTEP was playing Utah and UTEP safety Halakilangi Muagututia tackled Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala. The Miners radio guy had a hell of a time with that play...

Yes. I am said because it rains here. That's exactly right.

WSUCougar is a little ssssssensitive though. Make a "Look at me" post, and yet he can't take people looking at him? Meh.

No hard feelings though. I've honestly always liked WSUCougar.

That's a tongue-twister all right. My favorite was a couple years back when the Huskies were playing the Bruins. They had a pair of starting DE's with the last name 'Ball'; the Husky radio guy didn't waste the opportunity when they paired up to take down QB Cody Pickett, calling it a "...twin-Ball sack!"
