It's definitely getting sold to the Djinni today (if I live to sell it) unless someone wants to offer better than the 500gps that would be obtained from the sale, in which case I could hold it til tomorrow.

Ok, I'm heading into the darker bricks today, so wish me luck. Hopefully I stay alive. Is the one to the north of the hellhound?

Speaking of the Djinni, I have to assume they intentionally forego selling wands of trap disarming so they can chortle with glee as I trip every bloody trap in the dungeon.

Jackal,

Are you ready to go into the darkest bricks? It's either that, go into lighter bricks, or backtrack.

I'm thinking we press on into the darkest of the dark (either forward or left). What do you think?

Oh - and thanks for the heal!

Yeah. The 2 encounters I have had were a good bit tougher than level 2.

Which makes me leery about moving up to level 4.

The XP is probably much better though. I have basically the equivalent of 51 HP going into today's move, so hopefully that will be enough. Seems like the drops are more plentiful as well.

Why in the world would you have to throw your armor in the lake to defeat a giant?

Will there be a Djinni list, or should I go back to the one prior?

Packerfanatic hits giant for 11 hit points. Giant dies. DT throws his armor into the lake to show off his chest hairs. DT realizes he can't swim. DT frowns.
