steve young goes: "jerry rice lives 10 minutes up the road. crabtree needs to call him up first thing and get in there working out from him and learning out from him."

that'd be scary!

I assume it is Buffalo but that conversation with the mother telling the reporter to move the camera and Maybin not looking excited was a bit odd. I do think he's the pick here.

Draft is going off now. Knowing who the pick is minutes before it is announced is lame.

It should be an interesting battle in the bay area, on who will/is the better WR, DHB or Crabtree.

Looking forward to New Orleans, do you think they really add another running back to their stable here?

Denver needs to retool for the 34, so going OLB/DE makes sense. I'm not as sold on Orakpo as they are. But it might be a little early for Everette Brown, who I have graded as high.

Knowshon is playing Go Fish.

Don't like that pick by Denver. They can always find a RB (they've proved it), I would've looked defense.

Maybe it was all Shanahan who could find RB's late?

great pick by the Skins actually - and i appreciate the quick pick - notice it ruined ESPN's ability to spoil it?

Too bad -- if you had known he would be playing cards, maybe you could have worked out an "up and down the river' sponsorship deal.

Eugene Monroe is an alum of my high school. Earl Clark, who'll get drafted in the NBA is from my hometown, though he -- like Jay Williams, the former Bulls PG -- went to private school.

What's the big deal about spoilers? They've been doing this sort of thing for years, and it's not like listening to Goodell call out a name is very dramatic.

Detroit probably won't deal up. I'd be shocked anyway. Seems like Mayhew would deal out of 20 with Oher there before trading up to get him, just to have as many picks as possible.

I think the three people capable of providing any immediate help for Stafford have already been picked. Oher is high-risk because of his learning disabilities.

Andy Reid must have pissed off someone in the Denver org this year. They're really cockblocking the Eagles this offseason. Not saying their good moves, or anything..

We do an independent reading unit with my seniors and I had 17 students choose, as one of their 7 books, Blind Side and they keep sending me e-mails hoping that Oher doesn't go to Detroit. They are rooting Chargers (they had hoped Bears big time prior to the Cutler trade).
