So did moving this game off campus hurt Kansas? I'm guessing there's a lot more Mizzou fans in attendance than there would have been, and KU's home field advantage is non-existent.

I say all this after hearing Kansas made the decision to move it very early in the season...so if that's not accurate, ignore this.

I might buy some tickets for the Bowl this year, depends on who they play.

It was made before the season by both teams.

Yes, it hurts. But there was no way to anticipate how big of a game this would be. If you're curious about my feelings, just search on user "sterlingice", "AD", "money grubbing whore", and like terms

We've got an awful case of nerves and that needs to change in a hurry. This is the kind of crap we don't do which is why we are where we are.

As rough as Kansas has looked, they're only down two scores. I don't think Kansas Fan should be too worried yet.

Argh! Who traded Scott Webb for Johnny Beck from a few years ago? Why does a senior who is a pretty reliable kicker all of a sudden have to develop the yips

Typically this is where Mangino would adjust and badly outcoach Pinkel. Unfortunately, I've been assured that Pinkel is better this year at halftime adjustments so this doesn't bode well for us.

That said, we've played about as awful as we can in the first half and we're only down 14 and we get the ball to start the half.

So, why no mention of Tebow's big day?? He added another 5 TDs to his already impressive total and, IMHO, locked up the Heisman.

Tebow should definitely win with the first ever 20, 20 season. The problem is going to be that 1) voters don't like giving it to underclassmen and 2) voters don't like giving it to guys (especially QB's) whose teams aren't in the national championship hunt.

Right now, if Daniel beats Kansas and plays well and beats Oklahoma to get into the national championship game, I think he's probably going to win.

McFadden has had a very good year, but I don't think quite Heisman worthy. Whenever I have seen Arkansas play, Felix Jones has looked just as good, and nearly has double the YPC that McFadden does.

So where does KU fall to?

1. Mizzou 11-1
1A. West Virginia 10-1
3. Ohio St 11-1

but then after that:
LSU 10-2
Georgia 9-2
ASU 9-2
Oklahoma 10-2
USC 9-2

I just wish we had showed up for the 1st half to actually make a game of it rather than something that was really never in doubt but at least allowed us to save face and not look like we didn't belong in the game.

I think they have to fall past OSU, but I'm not sure after that. A lot depends upon how the pollsters view the game. Was the 4th quarter due to Mizzou letting up a bit and not finishing drives, or was it due to KU actually deciding to show up?

Ok, so now we just need a good ol' fashioned thumping of Mizzou by Oklahoma next week and the Buckeyes ought to have another title shot? yes?

Yes?
