Man, the ESPN coverage is horrible this year. Much worse than last year.

Jimmy Williams is a nice pickup - this guy was considered a top 10 talent earlier. Green Bay is going to pick up a lineman or two in this round - don't they have 2 2nd round picks ?

I wonder if the Lions, who want character players, will take Justice now?
They should, we have a glaring whole at RT, and if the Titans dont take him we'd have to. |

My number one concern is his injury history. He had a significant injury last year, a dislocated hip I believe. I get worried when you pick a guy in the 1st round especially a DB that has that sort of injury. |

Well, Steelers got what they needed in the 1st round I think. A return man and a #2 WR. Although I read on nfl.com that their selection is fumble-prone and doesn't make the best decisions on returns... so...... I don't know.

Wow. The Falcons at one time was considering Williams in the first round. That is a great move.

If the Eagles can land Maurice Stovall...this draft could not have gotten better for them
Does LenDale White fall to the 3rd round? Last edited by RedKingGold : 04-29-2006 at 04:53 PM. |

Dola, does anyone find the 2nd and 3rd rounds to be the most entertaining of the draft?
They move quicker than the first, and there is a lot more excitement |

I don't think so. The Vikings will take White so he can do drugs with Onterrio Smith and learn the ways of the original whizzinator. |

The 2nd and 3rd rounds would be much more enjoyable if ESPN's coverage paid an ounce of attention to them. They're usually off on unrelated features while the picks roll by uncommented on. |

Couldn't be happier about the Niners' first round.
Drafting TE Vernon Davis at #6 and OLB Manny Lawson at #22. Fantastick picks.

I want to take the opportunity to thank all the NFL teams for feeding us all the BS since January about these players. It is that BS that make the draft so exciting.

Chauncey Billups was on his shirt. It was about the NBA MVP vote I assume. LenDale is Chaunceys cousin. Last edited by DeToxRox : 04-29-2006 at 05:36 PM. |

I have stopped watching ESPN. My wife is watching the TV that has the NFL Network so I am listening to ESPN Radio's coverage. They are absolutely RIPPING Buffalo's draft so far.
