I started having sympathy for him, i even criticised Skydog for being so hard on him... but after BBCF release when i helped answering doubts at GDS forums, i ended really tired of his questions, answering again and again the same thing. I don’t know what to think, after reading him at some other boards like OOTP, i'm 99% sure he is not a board troll but that he writes the first thing that crosses his mind, no matter how stupid it is. At same time, when he is reading the answers we give him, instead of trying to understand them, he is thinking on his next question, like that kind of guys who talk a lot all the time and never listen what you say.

I think he just wants to be accepted into the different communities, that is why he tries to talk a lot, start threads etc, but 99% of his threads/posts are just random things thrown without thinking a minute about how stupid sounded. If he used his brain 2 minutes before each time he posted and he tried to understand what we write as answers, i bet this thread could have been avoided.

I'm not sure what to think about him, i feel sorry for him and the bashing in this board, but at same time i wouldn't want him sitting in a car with me in a 5 hours trip.

as Desnudo said, good points, but not only that, I'd like to present Icy as an example of a dude from another country, speaking another language (heck I'm one but I don't count, too close in proximity to the border ), who, to me, has learned a whole lot in the year and a half I've seen him post in here. I mean, nothing against you Icy, but at first you sounded like a foreigner, somebody for whom English is a second language, but now, reading that post, I get the feeling you've learned, picked up tips here and there. Seeing this, that's when I have a hard time with the "I'm not from here" angle from jb.

Thanks Frogman, i appreciate your words and i fully agree. I have learned a lot in this community. I have not only improved my written English but also my understanding of the USA culture, traditions, and way of thinking/talking. Heck i even think in English most of the time

That has helped me a lot in my business as i talk with USA guys most of the time and to understand how they think is a big advantage to me to gain their confidence, as you said, they don't see me as a foreign anymore.

jb....please stop playing the victim role. Look into what everyone is saying.

1. No one thinks you are a troll.
2. People just think you don't pay attention. When people are taking the time to give you advice on things, don't ignore the content and ask the same question later on. That is frustrating to both the person helping you and the people who are watching how you respond.
3. Stop deleting threads and/or posts just because someone disagrees or teases you. I have noticed that if someone calls you on something, disagree with you or teases you, you resort to that action. People mess around all the time and you seem to be overly sensitive. If that is the case for you, just don't respond to those threads anymore.

Overall you may not be a bad guy. At least I honestly believe that half of your questions are geniune and you do play a lot of freaking games. A lot of your questions on various boards may have helped a lot of people out in their buying decisions, but when you ignore the info that people give to you, most people find that it is a waste of time answering you.
