After yesterday, I thought I would never see such pityful offense in a playoff game for a long time. Didn't know less than 24 hours was a long time.

Giants fans should demand that the whole team, including coaches be banished to the dungeon, chained to the walls, the entire offseason.

That way, come next season they'll come out playing like madmen.

He can go watch Peyton, and see how to really direct an offense.

If the games stay the course, (ex: low scoring in TB, cruising in NE).

Pitt/Cincy should be low scoring, being that Carolina is cruising to victory.

Henry just spiked the ball at a steeler. Why wasn't that a penalty? In the first game they played, Hines Ward did it and got flagged.

And then the following play should have been a penalty on the Steelers. The refs are letting this game get out of control.

You can tell that these 2 teams are divisional rivals. Appears to be much more intensity at the beginning than the previous games.

Long pass completion, but also a hit to the knee. Carted to the locker room.

In fairness, so it doesn't sound so bad...Von Oelhoffen was engaged in a block while trying to get to Palmer, got a little loose as he grabbed, and seemed to fall into Palmer's knee (as opposed to directly taking a shot at his knee).

I thought the refs are supposed to blow the whistle on a false start? When did that change?

How horrible for the Bengals. Wait fifteen years for a playoff spot and then you lose your franchise QB and your 3rd WR less than ten minutes into the game. The Palmer thing doesn't look good at all. I hope he's ready for next year.

As a side note, I agree that the officials are letting this game get out of control. They need to throw some flags and take back control of this game or there is going ot be a bad situation.

TOUCHDOWN BUNGLES!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I forget ... where did Kitna play before coming to Cincy? Wasn't he a starter someplace like Seattle or St. Louis?

It's starting to look like the Steelers aren't going to show up for this game.

Kitna was in Seattle for a couple of years - on some pretty bad teams if I remember correctly?

Anyway, the Bengals are very lucky he's one of the better backups in the game. Sucks for Carson who is one of my favourite players. I'm really rooting for the Bengals now

Seattle. He was their starter before Hasselback was acquired.

Started in Seattle for two years. (played there for four)

Four years as the Bengals starter.

Just spent his second year as the backup.

Are you sure it was Seattle, though? I dunno....I mean I think Seattle...but I think we need a dozen more people to say so to be sure.

I think that lawsuit the city tried to launch against the Bengals a few years ago for them sucking is paying off for those fans.

The PIttsburgh CB's have to be among the worst at picking up the ball and knocking it down that I've ever seen.

Just amazingly bad. That was a sure INT and it nearly turned into a TD.

doesn't matter. this is the AFC north bowl. Winner of this game will get rights to claim they are the best of that division.
