Dwyer around the end for a TD, 39-34, PAT pending, but 80 seconds remaining & that's a hell of a lot of time.

I don't think so, but in fairness to them, Nebraska is 3rd in Pts allowed and 11th in Yds allowed per game in the FBS. They're no pushovers on defense (unlike their offense....)

Wow is Colt McCoy dumb. Don't 3 seconds run off on a field goal? No reason to be reckless like that.

Falste start on the 2 pt try by GT, Nesbitt scrambles & gets the 2pt conversion anyway. 41-34 with 1:20 to play in regulation, pending review.

I mean, they got bailed out. But that's a hell of a job by that kicker to man up with a whole school waiting on the line for him.

Nebraska should have won that game. If their offense did ANYTHING before the fourth quarter that game was in the bag. Hell of a game, regardless.

Wow, Nebraska got screwed there. Guess Big 12 and NCAA got what they wanted. Put that up there with the 1972 Olympic Basketball game.

Agreed. Nebraska could have avoided this by going for 1 more first down.

And they just reversed the 2 point conversion for GT. If that was indisputable video evidence then I'm Barrack Obama.

Are we judging everything by one game? Who else deserves this spot more? It's not that there aren't legit claims out there but it's not like there's a great argument out there for any other one team.

Not to sound like a whiny baby, but I'm pretty sure the clock stops when the whistle is blown not immediately the ball hits the ground. Ah, wel.

Clemson scrambles for 7 yds but a holding call will bring it back. They began the drive at their 35 after a pooch kick & fair catch.

In the grand scheme of things the whistles are meaningless as far as the play goes. Officials are taught, whistles don't kill plays...the play kills itself. Exceptions being fumbles of course

No we shouldn't judge by one game. But they haven't beaten anyone. They'll get slaughtered by Alabama in the NC game. Would rather just have the best teams playing in the big game than to see a fraud exposed every other year.

That was a crazy call on the review. Since when does a coach get to call for that kind of review anyway?
