Why the hell would they pass up Crabtree? Seriously, speed alone isn't enough. If I'm SF, I try and trade up to get up and get him at 8. This is a good football player who's getting screwed.

Here's my problem with the pick: 42-609-5. That 4.27 speed may very well not translate to anything on the field.

Yes, absolutely, although the Eagles have shown in the past that they don't put that kind of value on the WR position. If I'm the Giants I'm calling the next couple of teams and throwing everything at them to try and get Crabtree.
