Dear god Mike Smith. Short yardage plays are generally more successful when you don't tell the defense exactly what you are doing.

I was going to write the same thing. The Falcons have been the better team for a majority of this game and they are going to go home largely because they can't understand how to convert one yard when they need it.

Credit to the Giants D Line, but I don't get it.

When they cut to Ryan on the sideline wearing his floppy winter hat, he looks like a giant penis.

24-2 sounds like a score that Zach and AC Slater would have lead Bayside to

Has there ever been a playoff game with one team ending the game with 2 points?

Did some searching on pro-football-reference, and unless the winning team had more than 50, there hasn't been a playoff game with a team scoring just 2 points.

That's funny, my penis can only throw five yards downfield too.

Don't think anyone thought Matt Ryan would be great, but he's about an average NFL QB - that's not a bad thing at all. He's not going to be in the Rogers/Brees/Brady/Manning world ever, but I could certainly see him show the improvement that an Eli Manning has.

I think Matt Ryan has settled into a "game manager" role. He has pretty good stats overall, but one of the ESPN shows showed his stats when throwing the ball deep and they were abysmal.

First team since the 1993 Bengals lost 7-2 to the Pats that a team has scored only 2 points.

Tebow vs. The Rapist.

Good vs. Evil.

Hopefully, this game brings some excitement to wild card weekend because it has been a bore so far.

Who's Good? IMO, its the Steelers, as opposed to Tebow's sanctimonious BS.

There is no good/evil. It's all BS. Tebow is a genuinely good guy. Big Ben made some horrific mistakes, but nobody knows exactly HOW bad they were. Was it a lapse in judgement with a 19 year old girl or did he not let her out of the bathroom when she wanted to go?

We can say that Tebow has never made a mistake in judgement like that, right?

First possession for each is going to be huge for Denver. Can they stop the running game?> (doubtful) Can they move the ball at all (even more doubtful)

Steelers moving the ball. Broncos obviously felt they were going to run as well and aren't ready for the passing. The only good thing for Denver is they are getting pressure. That doesn't matter if you leave WR open by ten yards.

A line favoring the Steelers by 9 points on the road suggests most people believe it will.

Tons of Broncos fans sold their tickets this week. Steelers fans were paying ridiculous prices for the tickets and most everyone in Denver is sure the season is over. I wouldn't be shocked if there were 20k+ Steeler fans out of the 75k.

I know this whole thing has been fun, but I really hope that Tebow does not get ultra embarrassed today. Given his ability, the stage and the defense that he's playing it could get incredibly ugly for him.

Serious question - why is he different than anyone else at this stage? I assume the Broncos want to win, and will pull him if he's not performing.

Have you watched the last two weeks? The problem is compounded by the fact he'll be making a ridiculous amount of throw on 3rd and long. It was encouraging that he stepped up in the pocket and made a throw. It wasn't a good throw, but that's better than the last couple of weeks.

Denver cannot run normal stuff on first and second downs. if they don't want to throw the ball, they need to be running counters, reverses, pitch sweeps, etc. Up the middle twice is going to mean 3rd and 8 or more and Tebow will be pulled by halftime.

Ultimately I don't want this to break down to a situation where Tebow can drive down by less than a TD. Gotta convert some third downs.

Seriously, this game plan is a joke. Denver should be playing loosey goosey. They have nothing to lose here. come out with fun game plan. Take a couple of early risks. Instead every first down play has been a run up the middle which puts the struggling QB behind schedule.

Truly one of the dumbest game plans I have ever seen.

Every time I see Harrison throw a dirty hit (every game) I think of the last boy scout when the RB took out a gun and shot people as he ran down the field....
