So that should have been a interference by #51 in the Rams game, right?

They are massaging John Abraham's groin on tv. What kind of riders did he get in that contract?

Yes.

But it doesn't matter. No idea how good Denver is going to be this year, same thing happened in Miami last year afterall. But the Rams are a horrible football team. 7-9, 8-8. Denver 5 turnovers. Rams 0 turnovers. Denver gave the game to the Rams and the Rams spent so much time trying to give it back they almost forgot to win the game.

The Rams first team offense is hideous. I don't understand it. You have Holt, one of the best WR in the game. Jackson is an OK back. Bruce is still a solid 2. But they couldn't score a TD against a high school team.

As I write this Jackson runs through an exhausted Denver D for a big gain. I don't care, they are still horrible.

I have to eat some crow here, I really thought Denver would take over against the Rams but it didn't happen. GJ by the St. louis side today.

It is only the first game of the season, but I have to say I really like where the Falcons are right now. Tampa Bay looked bad, and they just took their chief rival at home.

Once I find out his identity, please ignore this post if he should show up in an alley tomorrow morning.

I know that it has really gotten old listening to the "love fest" that all the experts are having w/ the Panthers.....just can't figure out why(even before the game). Anyway, it was great to see us shut them down and hopefully shut some of the crap up. Although I think most folks have kinda forgotten about the Falcons and I think that we can sneak up on some folks.

Don't nevermind it. The Packers will pretty much suck. When you have 3 rookies starting on offense, 2 of them at the guard spots, you are not a playoff contender usually.

On to something a little different, I am getting some good use out of my Sirius Sunday Drive. This is the first year in about 7-8 years I think that I have not had Sunday Ticket. COmbine that with no local FOX station and we have had 1 game on tv today. The second will be tonight on NBC.

Not sure yet if I am glad I can't see the Packers playing.

I'm thinking GLAD would be the proper answer.

I need to stop watching the Broncos on opening day. The last two seasons worth makes me want to slam my head into a wall.

And the Pack are down 13-0 and just fumbled the kickoff. Can Farve retire at halftime?

At the begining of this game, I thought Dallas was going to walk all over Jacksonville. It looked like TO was just moving the chains at will. Now, Jacksonville just looks like a much better team than Dallas. It is amazing how much this game has swung after the first 9 minutes.

And Jacksonville pretty much closes the deal against Dallas with a TD to go up 24-10. 3 minutes left.

A combination of both teams having sucky O-Lines, mediocre defense and some playmakers in the skill positions is making 49ers-Cardinals very fun to watch.

I think the Jag's DB may have been touching the sideline when he finally got control, that would be out of bounds, correct?
