sundvls did say he had to reconfirm all night actions after the ardent switch, so despite getting night actions in already they all have to re-send them...so even if someone was here all day, if they left at 4:59 for the night we could be waiting a long time

THIS MEANS 2 THINGS (to me): 1.Either ardent was mafia, and so was ntdeacon 2.Ardent was a villager and ntdeacon was a good guy A third option is ardent was a normal villager and ntdeacon was a wolf, but im not sure sun would be so quick to send ardent into a wolf role...im leaning to option 2, which makes me think were getting into the danger zone of when we lose

I'm just happy to be back in. By the way, if anyone's curious, my wife's surgery went well. They found she broke her fibula as well, but it's all good. She'll be back tripping over things in 6 weeks time from what I hear.

I suggest you read post #37 first, I'm sending PM's now
Night 2 The night passes and it’s eerily quiet. No gun shots, no screaming. Then you hear the same two shots you heard on night one. What is going on in this town? Once morning comes you all gather in the town square. Just like last night there are two of you missing, digamma and Raiders Army. You now are searching around trying to figure what is happening to all the villagers when you run across Raiders Army’s body, he’s been gagged and tortured with a note attached to his body by a knife. Looks like the serial killer got him last night. Now it time to find digamma, he just like Blade from the night before, looks like he was caught coming back home, the mafia got him. Day 3 has begun. |

Well ok then. Thanks to whoever helped me survive my near death experience.
It seems to me from SnDvls posts that the mafia don't have complete control over who they kill. I'm not sure where that leaves the villagers. I think we're in pretty dire straights here and don't have a lot to go on. |

I agree Barkeep. With 6 left we know we have to at least be up 4-2 or else the game would be over since it would be 3-3. Could we actually be up 5-1?!!

I think I'm reading this right, but if SnDvls wants to verify that would be great too. AE took over for Deacon on night 2, but somebody went back in time and killed him.

So I figure there's 3 villagers, at least 1 mafia, and 1 serial killer. Could be 2-2-1, but if so, we're screwed.

I think a role reveal from the serial killer, along with explanation, would be helpful at this point. Perhaps it's too early? Not knowing what powers everyone has, or even some people have, makes it harder for me to figure out our best way of winning at this point.
I will say that my role is of no use to anyone but myself and due to the limitations, it appears unlikely that my minor ability will ever be used. |

I think the serial killer is probably in the same situation as the last mafia game with one in it... he wins if he stays alive. He has no incentive to help either side win.
That really sucks that our investigator was inactive during the first day and then killed overnight.

I think we made the right choice lynching RealDeal last night as Pass turns out to be the bodyguard and he used his power to perfection. Well done.
I'm now curious of Mr. Wednesday. a) he is in the day 1 vote for AE. b)Why did he vote for Passacaglia? Was he thinking the vote might be closer and he might be able to save one of his own? c) Also, I think Blade's reaction to the deacon/AE kill indicates that he was likely the serial killer which means that Mr. W does not have that role. So who in turn killed our investigator? I wonder if the mafia has a member that can make a night kill if one of their own is lynched/killed.

On ardent, I was surprised everyone wound up voting for him. I indicated that was where I was going to vote, and why. On Passacaglia, I was actually confused about whether we were voting for him or RealDeal.
