Ravens imploding now, but this offensive gameplan has been absolutely insane.

KC is keeping them in it. Or that Ravens defense is, minus the dumb penalties.

Yeah, that receiver was pushed out of the way by the defender before the ball was there. It was a dumb throw into triple coverage, but that should have been pass interference.

Should have been DPI but that's a horrible throw.

I know it gets called, but the pass was so underthrown it was clearly uncatchable for the receiver.

Just makes no sense turning your entire offense into something it has not been all year. Feels like somebody getting too smart at the wrong time.

That Flowers fumble was a thing of beauty. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy.

After that first quarter, anybody think both offenses would just stop scoring?

First call I think the refs have got wrong (Likely being tackled mid route). Other than a couple of OL holds that could have been called, I the refs have been good

Edit to say, but that was a huge missed call - would have been a 1st down obviously

Everybody on the Raven's sideline has collectively become dumber and dumber.

Been a very long time since I’ve seen a highly regarded coaching staff make such a total pigs ear of a game. With how their defense has played since the first quarter, they should be prepping for a Super Bowl right now.

He could legitimately un-seat Tom Brady as the GOAT.

Too many baltimore mistakes and lack of discipline, and suddenly forgetting how to cover a TE-though kelce was incredible

Mahomes and Brady both have some incredible numbers.

One crazy stat is Mahomes is only 2 playoff wins behind Montana for 2nd all time, but he's still 21 behind Brady. He could double his current number of playoff wins and still be 7 behind Brady.

But Mahomes has won two more playoff games than Brady at the same point in his career.

Does everyone remember the movie Major League? Fun, performative scene there I have a decent but imperfect memory of... our Indians have to face the Yankees, at the movie's climax. Theu bring up a bruiser power hitter, and I guess Bob Eucker sets it up with something like "this guy {funny nickname?} leads the American League in every category including nose hair" or somesuch. Quick effort to build the villain up as insurmountable.

But then our Indians pitcher gets him, strikeout, or whatever suits the plotline. Because of course he does. The Indians are the main character. Not the Yankees and the {fun nickname guy we just met}. So it goes.

I fell for the same thing, so did all the Ravens fans. Triple crown defense, first time in eons the same team led in points, turnovers, and sacks... crazy. MVP player. Great story. Unstoppable villain.

But the Chiefs, or Patrick Mahomes, or maybe Travis Kelce... whomever. They are the main character. The Ravens are the painted-up villain, and they always were. The six years in a row thing, the crazy win over the Bills, it was always leading to this, it's just that the fans have demanded some more intriguing scrips to get them through the middle seasons. But the Chiefs are the main character.

Well done, all, you played your roles well. I'm out a few bucks but it was fun being fooled as much as I was.

We saw Todd Monken call a pretty bad game earlier, and now we are seeing Ben Johnson calling a near-perfect game so far.

I was so wrong about Dan Campbell after his first year and all the weird shit that came with it.

He understands the leverage of field position from an offensive standpoint better than any non-offensive head coach in the league.

Not kicking feels like a 10 point swing right now. Maybe it wasn't because the FG could hwve missed, but it feels like it was a momentum shift.
