The review looked inconclusive to me, to the point where if the original call was incomplete I would have said it should have remained incomplete. I certainly didn't see the evidence to overturn the call, but more often than not college officials leave me scratching my head.

The sideline reporter said the official even asked what they were reviewing.

Doesn't matter now but wow, what a joke.

I thought it was clearly incomplete. It didn't look to me like he ever had possesion.

Even if Texas comes back to win this, this is exactly the type of showing that gives me confidence that Louisville would leap-frog them in the human polls with a win over West Virginia.

He caught it, ran about two yards then hit the ground and it popped out. I didn't see once where it was bobbling.

Texas' secondary has to show up to the field before they can even think of coming back.

*shrug* I'm pulling for TT, but I thought it was incomplete before I even saw a replay. At the very least, I think it was defensible.

It appears my apprehension was correct. Texas has to hope that Tech blew their wad in the first quarter to have a chance to comeback in this one.

Tennessee 7-0 over South Carolina early after a nifty catch-hit- fumble/takeaway and return for 20+ yd TD for the Vols.

Meanwhile, the poultry are driving and sitting around the UT 20 looking to tie it up.

Nice 74 yd drive by SC, but a WR tip + a DB tip = another DB getting the end zone pick.

Might want to keep one eye on the Arkansas vs ULM game. ULM got a big play right out of the gate and jumped out to a 7-0 lead and then picked off Mustain on the next series. Arkansas has rebounded to take a 14-7 lead nearing halftime, but ULM has some spark and Arkansas is not play well at all.

USC jr. back in it, 14-10. A couple of different bounces (literally) and USC jr. has the lead.

Great catch on the TD right near the end of the half for Texas Tech.

Texas' first possesion will be key. They need a TD coming out of halftime.

Actually, I think TT's first possesion is key. If Texas hasn't made some adjustment and figured out how to stop this offense, they're going down.

South Carolina takes advantage of a fumbled punt return by Tennessee, second chance for their offense produces a quick TD. Gamecocks lead 17-14 with 4:30 left in Q3.

44-10 Arkansas wins over ULM. Not the greatest performance, especially in the first half, but a solid win against a pretty out-manned opponent, obviously.

Tennessee extends the lead to 28-17 with 10:25 left to play.
A one play, 5 yard TD drive set up by a 60+ yard punt return by Jonathan Heffney.

Florida State's 46-yard FG is blocked with about 45 seconds left and Maryland wins, 27-24. Florida State moves to a 4-4 record.

WVU's big win over Maryland earlier in the season is going to start looking better if the Terps keep winning. They are 6-2 w/ a loss to ranked WVU and a close loss to ranked GT (who is now looking like the class of the ACC). They could be ranked tomorrow.
