OK, we need to get conservative...Jeff, who do you feel least comfortable with opening up the offense? Drew, get in there!

They don't need a dual-threat QB...so they bring in the no-threat.

Dude, X Lee will get his turn. I actually agree with this move, Drew has taken more hand-offs and is the better risk at running out the clock.

Both teams need to take a long, hard look at the game film for this one.

Drew Weatherford goes 7/23 for 67 yards and an INT, and he's looking to jump into the stands? He'd be lucky if those hot FSU coeds don't beat the crap out of him.

This is not MY grampa's football...

how did he screw lee? Miami had the ball for basically the entire 4th quarter. Then I can understand putting the other dude back in toe run out the clock becuase they said he's much more use to taking snaps from under center.

That was so bad, I'm hoping Weatherford rooms with Sexton and gets Lyme Disease.

You guys clearly deserved to win. But I'll take it.

I think FSU has to go 50/50 with the QBs on Saturday. And I think if it takes Lee's Charlie Ward abilities to open up the offense, so be it. I can't take Jeff Bowden's Vanilla White Boy offense any more.

Yeah, and there's a permanent imprint of him in the FSU turf to serve as a reminder.

Oh yeah that reminds me

From ESPN Season Preview

The early loss of Eric Winston (6-7, 310) was one of the big blows suffered by the 2004 Hurricanes, but it was the best thing that could happen to the 2005 'Canes.

It is likely that if Winston, a senior, had had the kind of 2004 season he was projected to have, that the huge Midland, Texas, product would have taken his game to the NFL last spring. Instead, he's back at Miami to anchor who could be the nation's strongest offensive line.

They must have been talking about the fucking weight room

Did you type "who could be the nation's strongest...," or did ESPN?

Just wondering...it doesn't read right under even the most casual review, let alone from supposed professionals.
