Hey, it was a career day for Jamarcus Russell. He was 8/13 and QB rating of 85. You can't stop him you can only hope to contain him.

I fell asleep in the 2nd quarter, woke up in the third quarter when I saw it was 41 to 7 (I think) and then watched a movie. I'm so bummed after the past few weeks that I can't watch any other football.

If this were Survivor, I'd have a hard choice of whether to vote Al Davis or Russell off the island.

Hahaha. Dre Bly is such an idiot. Way to celebrate your INT and then get stripped from behind and give the ball back.

it was also funny b/c moss didn't have a catch on offense in the first half, so his only catch was an INT.

Oh, ok thats more like it. The referrees for the Patriots are now on duty. What can be expected with Goodell and Kraft ole buddies from way back. What an absolute bullshit f$%^ing call on that roughing the punter by the Broncos.

I didn't think it was a bad call. It wasn't roughing the punter, they called running into the punter. And well.. the guy did run into the punter. The Pats punter was in midair when the guy ran into his leg and spun him around like a top.

Not sure what was so bad about the call, it is not like the pats Punter had some anti-gravity ability to spin himself in mid-air while making it look like the guy ran into him.

It wasn't roughing the punter... just running into the kicker which is a 5 yard penalty; it was 4th and 4.

Why are you really niave enough to think star players and big market teams do not get faster flags and the benefit of the doubt calls. I wish I was enlightened

The punter spun himself, it doesn't require a lot of effort to do so, just twist your body. It was really a pretty shitty call as the Denver player barely brushed the foot.

Give the pats punter top marks for hamming it up though.

I can't win in this game, I hate both teams. Can it end in a tie with multiple game suspensions for numerous players?

Where was this offense against the Pats? Nice to see them tear up a team that previously had looked on the rise in the 49ers. It helps me feel better that Atlanta will be able to beat the teams they need to in order to get to the playoffs.

Still doesn't matter though, the replays showed the guy ran through the punter's leg. Wasn't a bogus grazing of it like the Brady call vs Baltimore. I doubt we hear anything about that running into the punter call after the game, because the guy did exactly that. Ran into the punter.

Bwahaha at that ref throwing the flag before the actual taunting came about.

The ref could have called for helmet to helmet or the taunting, either way.
