I will be guarding Alan T tonight and suggest that one of the other two also guard him, with the third person guarding the engine. I hadn't realized it before this point, but losing Alan means we lose the game, so having two people on him will prevent either of us from lying about it.

we have 11 people and need 1/3 to lynch so thats 3 or 4 people for a lynch.

well I honestly don't know anything about Bek. he hadn't really triggered my radar, but right now we aren't lynching anyone. I'm voting for bek just as #3 vote because hopefully thats enough to lynch someone.

Worst case Bek is a survivor with no role so losing him is not the worst thing that could happen to us.

Since Dubb is pretty well established as a non-spawn, I would prefer he guard the engine room and I will go with King to guard Alan, since admittedly, I have not really been cleared (plus I am wounded).

Having never played with Bek, I'm not sure if he is just uninterested or suspicious, but either way he doesn't serve much use to us as a private without any missions needed, without participating much, and without the ability to be promoted, so I don't see much risk here.

For a day which should have been momentous, killing the master Spawn, the reaction has been muted. Perhaps it’s the memory of the two captains who died trying to achieve the goal. Perhaps it’s the general lack of idea, with the surprise death of Schmidty about who is a Spawn. Or perhaps it is a malaise brought on by the interminable planet.

In the end the eyes turn to Bek. Some begin to wonder what exactly he has done lately. And no one can think of a good answer. The strong silent type? Or the strong silent Spawn type? The crew decides that if you’re not for us you’re against us and failing to think of any good he’s done decide to make him the next lynching target.

The mob turns its blood thirsty eyes upon the lowly private and advance towards him with unbridled glee mixed with a good deal of malice. And still the man says nothing. Even as the crew starts to ensure that the remains of his body are ground so deeply into their boots that it will become a part of the leather, the man says nothing. And the meaning of the silence? Who knows, but it was the silence of a Survivor!

After lift-off no new spawn may be planted (although Spawn may still evolve).

In order to lift-off the engines must not be damaged, the Cargo Hold must have the required amount of Crystlium and the Captain must order the lift-off by posting the order in the thread. Once all conditions are met lift-off takes place immediately.

Enough crystlium: check
As captain, I hearby order we lift off.

This should be sufficient for us to get out of here, I do not see that it requires a PM sent.

The hulking ship groans to life. Slowly but surely it achieves some thrust and makes its way towards the still somewhat hostile atmosphere. As it passes through the ship vibrates and creaks under the stress inflicted. As their teeth rattle, the crew knows there would have been substantial damage had the ship gone up once the atmosphere grew so hostile. Still as it is, the ship makes it up and off the acursed planet, but not before sustaining some light damage.
