A minute and a half in and Seattle already has seven. Cincy's "defense" strikes again...

Edit: OK, it appears that the drive was only 24 yards after a 72 yard kickoff return. I'll cut them a bit of slack, I guess.

It's amazing that Favre can make a career out of constantly over-throwing receivers.

Honestly, I don't think it would be any different with Marty than right now. They would have had a new OC calling plays in Clarence Shelmon and either Marty's brother or Ted Cottrell as the DC. If Cam and Wade stayed along with Marty then no doubt this team is 2-1 at worst. But there was going to be an adjustment period either way. I just hope they figure their shit out before it's too late (ala 2005).

Ronnie Brown assrapes me for 40 points in fantasy football, causing me to fall way behind.... and the Dolphins still lose.

0-3 Miami. 0-3 me in fantasy football unless a miracle happens.

This is easily the worst fantasy season I've -ever- had.

I blame it on my picking Tom Brady.

Wait, what? I'm getting Cincy/Seattle here in Chokeland? Usually no other games are on if the Faiders are playing.

I had such a beautiful 112.5-83 lead after the first set of games in the FOFC Keeper league. But he's got Palmer, Alexander, and Edwards left whereas I have Jordan, SMoss, and Broncos D. My lead has been cut to 16.5 already.

Did Maroney send extra the tapes from NE to Mangini or something? Maroney runs for 33 yards on 4 carries to help get the ball to the Buffalo 3. Think he gets the TD carry? Of course not, they bring in heath evans (who loses a yard) and then throw on second down. Then, the next series, Maroney runs for 28 yards on 3 carries and gets tackled on the Buffalo 1. Belichik throws Brady twice (including one sack).

Jeez, Bill is like the Jon Voight Varsity Blues head coach who refuses to let his black RB get a TD Forget tapegate, I think it's time for Jesse Jackson to visit the Pats on his treatment of Maroney

In all seriousness, huge win for the Pack. If the Bears lose to the Cowboys tonight, Chicago will be 2 games behind GB in the 3rd week.

Another interception for Thomas Howard this week, I see. Dude's becoming a ballhawk...

If only the Raiders would give JLH a shot on offense.

Glad I wasn't fooled into giving Derek Anderson a start. Not that Garcia did much for me. Should have gone with Shaub...

Harrington is 19/25 for 262 yards and 1 TD, no INTs, in the first half.... seriously, WTF?!

I think the NFL forgot to download the 6.1 patch.

As simple as absolutely no pressure. Julius Peppers just looks done. They are blocking him with one man, and he is not even coming close to getting presure. If you don't pressure Harrington, he looks like Dan Marino. If you put pressure on him....it just gets ugly.

Which I guess is better than some starting QBs where even if there's no pressure, it gets ugly.

Right now, John Abraham is twice the player that Julius Peppers is. Peppers can't beat stiffs in single coverage, and Abraham is killing double teams on a regular basis.

And Delango Hall has totally lost it. 62 yards in penalties on him on just this one drive.

The Refs head more like. Called a personal foul on a completely clean play, then both players jaw at each other, yet only Hall gets called. Looks like complete crap to me.

Yes yes. And I agree with the announcer. The kind of intensity Hall is showing is needed by this team right now.

Am I reading NFL.com wrong, or did the Broncos go for it on fourth inside their own 10 with over 4 minutes left in the game? That's a pretty interesting play call when you are down less than a touchdown & you are playing the Jags.
