It really amazes me sometimes ... I feel like I see very hot girls everywhere I go, so I don't think I'm especially picky or anything, but I see a lot of cheerleaders on tv that really aren't even attractive or cute, much less hot.
Those OSU girls, though ... they make me want to compose poetry. |

Vince Young can be damn impressive sometimes. He also has that Randall Cunningham-esque appearance, looking like he's never even trying all that hard to do what he's doing.

If that OSU qb drops back to pass again in this game, it's a mistake.

Total bullshit call on fourth down. Seriously. We certainly didn't play great, though...

Tho, ours has a lot to do with lack of talent so I suppose that's not fair. We're just an inept offense (9.8ppg in 5 Big XII games). SI

:sigh: Hawaii couldn't score in the redzone and they lose 27-13.
Jamal Anderson was doing the color commentary for ABC and he said his younger brother is transferring to Hawaii and will be there for spring ball. Here's to hoping he's an upgrade at RB. |

Yeah, right. Like Hawaii would use a RB even if they had a good one...

That's the guy I was wondering about in my King post. That was the scariest injury I've seen at any sporting event I've ever been to. I hope he's OK. That was also the closest college/pro football game I've ever been to. I'm so impressed with Drew Weatherford...he makes better decisions now than Chris Rix did as a senior. I don't know how a team as good as we should be can let a quarter like the 2nd quarter happen, but outside of that 10 minute stretch and the 2 FGs we gave up after turnovers, we were in control of the game (if not the scoreboard). Weatherford leading them back to victory - especially by scoring the go-ahead TD on an impossible 3rd down, 15-yard scramble - will hopefully be one of those big "looking back on it" points in his career. Our defense is unusually suspect, though - if our D line doesn't get pressure, there's no chance to stop the pass. And I saw tony Carter go off the field with an arm/shoulder injury. I'm praying VT loses to Miami so we can play Miami again in the ACC Championship game (assuming we make it), because Marcus Vick will kill us. I don't go to many games at all, but the officiating was horrible. Several terrible calls went against FSU, but there were also a couple of gifts to us, as well, especially the pass interference on Carr that set up the go-ahead score. That was a make-up for the lack of a call on Carr in the 1st half, though, where the defender actually knocked him out of bounds and didn't throw a flag. If that's how college games are officiated on a weekly basis, I think instant replay is only scratching the surface of the changes that need to be made.

Considering they'll have to win out (assuming a loss to N.D.) just to be bowl eligible, I'd say that's a safe bet.

Aw, come on, don't forget the non-BCS undefeated teams! And Ohio State in their championship year. Just because a team sits on its ass for three and a half quarters before waking up doesn't mean it's a bad team. Just an extremely annoying, cardiac-epsiode-inducing, hair-nashing, TV-kicking very good comeback football team. I mean, heck, you think you have it bad at V-Tech with all fo your left out fo the BCS title game crap? Try being a UCLA fan every week... (but, then, I know you never give the Pac-10 any credit, so...)
