Aggh! I'm going to have to miss opening night if we are still doing it tonight. I have Tiger tickets and they moved the game from 1:05 to 8:05 for ESPN.

Go into network game, and in the bottom left(depending on your skin) you'll see a Join Other Server link. Put in the IP address, and then the password when asked.

After clicking network game, you need to click "join other server" at the bottom left of the network screen.

I agree, it was fun. I'm not so much into the heavy trash talking but the interaction with other managers and seeing other people you know bid on the same players you bid on was very interesting...

dola, CW, I was wondering if there would be any way for you to open up the server midweek at a known day/time but locking the "continue" button so that if anybody would want to do scouting and/or run the tedious tasks like setting training, lineups and such, they could do it without having the game "go grey" (aka processing) on them.

Not even sure if this "locking the continue button" is possible or not, just throwing the idea out there.

I thought everything went great after we figured out the speed issues, and I'm really looking forward to getting in my first match next week.
