Thank goodness, they finally switched Atlanta to BC/Utah from the incredibly dull Memphis/South Carolina game.

No comments on the shot clock incident there? That makes UTEP and VCU's clock management yesterday look like nothing.

Mike Gillespie, coach of FAMU, said this game was a once in a lifetime chance for his boys. So in honor of him, I'll be playing the Talking Heads song the whole game... or atleast until it gets out of hand.

I have to say my experience was the exact opposite. I can't believe I made it through that half without breaking something. On the plus side, we did hold them to 24(?) points in the second half.

Argh. We're turning UIC into a grease spot, but no one cares because Simien is hurt. Without him, we have 0 shot of a deep tourney run.

UCF - U Can't Finish!

Let's see if it applies to their basketball team, not just their academics.

you obviously weren't watching the first half of the UK-FAMU game... I thought I saw UK players anally raping FAMU players while they shot.

I would say that's hyperbole, but I'm pretty sure I saw one of those Kentucky players pull down the other guys pants and... never mind.

It's funny. UIC is trying to mix it up with us underneath and they just don't have the size. They're tough, but Graves is a giant neanderthal who could clobber most anyone and no one else under there for us is a slouch.

What a fantastic turn around by Xavier!

I guess beating Kentucky will be the highlight of Louisville's season yet again.

They just made the switch from the Xavier game to the Pitt game in this region. Louisville is officially done according to CBS.

Well, my bracket has taken a nosedive. One elite eight and two other sweet sixteen teams lost today. This sucks.

The rout is on in KC. We're getting out there and running like crazy on them and they can't do a thing. KU up by 20 with 10 to go. I'm guessing no one but us locals are getting that game now.

Horrible foul by UCF a minute ago. No one can score, so why not just let the guy get a layup instead of giving them an extra point?

Actually, now that I check my bracekt again, I still have all my elite eight left and only two sweet sixteen gone. So, not as bad as I thought.

I'm getting the UCF game, which looks like an NBA game - you know, no scoring, bad shooting.

65-39 now. The crowd is going nuts and we're taking those "end of the game" dunks with 10 minutes to go... And there have been at least 3 in the last 2 minutes. I think Langford is ticketed for the bench after this timeout. Both he and Simien are nursing injuries so it's time for them to sit out and rest for Sunday.
