I'm enjoying it, despite the fact that obviously the reason UCLA did not win the title is because Rob Nielsen did not have the damn ball enough!

Moungey's scoring has gone up quite a bit so far this season. A 84-70 win over North Carolina was a sign that they can compete with the great teams in the country. Agreed on liking the way you reported the tourney results. I expect it was quite a bit of work to post all of that information. I'm happy to look at whatever information you feel like posting, but the jump from 7 games (Elite 8) to 64 games (65 teams) is probably a pretty big one in terms of effort on your part.

I think you should stick with Elite 8 on myself. 64 games is too much.
I love that the Buckeyes are finally kicking ass

Phillips and USC look solid once again and hopefully they can make one last one at it. Also Player of the Year should show the better player between Phillips and Nights.
Lucas looks to have Kansas on track with a top 25 team lets hope they keep it up. |

There probably won't be an update today. My basketball team has their first game tonight. But I still might be able put an update up late tonight.

Before Conference Tournaments Eric Anderson Jr. - SG Wisconsin - Senior 11-19 - 5-11 PHP Code:
This is definitely not the way Anderson wanted his career at Wisconsin to end. Tim Moungey - PG Ohio State - Senior 22-6 - 11-5 - #21 PHP Code:
It's been a nice season for Moungey and the Buckeyes. Their first tournament appearance while Tim has been on campus is coming up. Rob Nielsen - SF UCLA - Senior 24-6 - 14-4 - #9 PHP Code:
Nielsen's numbers are still impressive as UCLA finds itself as a top team in the country again this season. UCLA beat USC in their first meeting but lost in the second. Jeff Nights - PF UCLA - Senior 24-6 - 14-4 - #9 PHP Code:
Nights is still playing terrific basketball this season. While his season average in points and rebounds are 23 and 11, he has only averaged 15 and 7 against USC. AJ Tucker - PG Missouri - Senior 20-11 - 9-7 PHP Code:
Tucker's numbers have fallen off a bit and Missouri could be in danger of missing the big dance. Nick Phillips - C USC - Senior 27-3 - 15-3 - #2 PHP Code:
Phillips continues to look very impressive for the Trojans. USC lost to UCLA once this month but turned around and beat them one week later. Rudy Ray Moore - SG Illinois - Senior 20-10 - 11-5 - #15 PHP Code:
Illinois had a great month and a half going 9-1. Moore has been playing very well. Ryan Clark - SG Wright State - Senior 19-12 - 8-8 PHP Code:
Wright State has turned the season around and won 12 of their last 13. Deacon Palmer - SF Alabama - Redshirt Junior 20-8 - 9-7 - #23 PHP Code:
Palmer has been a terrific bench player this season for Alabama who finds themself as one the teams fighting for a spot in the tournament. Andy Robinson - SG Stanford - Junior[/ 23-8 - 12-6 - #6 PHP Code:
Despite playing terrific basketball Robinson lost his starting spot when another player returned from injury. Kyle Kappe - SG Stanford - Junior[/ 23-8 - 12-6 - #6 PHP Code:
Kappe has looked good and so has Stanford as they head into the tournament. Damien Steele - PG Oregon State - Junior[/ 13-15 - 5-13 PHP Code:
It was a better month for Oregon State but Steele's season looks to be done as he is out with a broken hip. Sean Treacy - SF Utah - Junior[/ 22-8 - 10-4 - #10 PHP Code:
Treacy continues to be a big boost off the bench for a very good Utah team. Brenden Eckberg - C Oklahoma State - Junior[/ 24-4 - 14-2 - #17 PHP Code:
It's been a terrific season for both Eckberg and Oklahoma State. They hope to prove to everyone they were ranked way too low when they hit the NCAA Tournament. Rick Jolley - C Mississippi - Junior[/ 19-11 - 9-7 PHP Code:
A couple wins in the SEC Tournament should put Ole Miss in the Big Dance. Dylan Airhart - SG Indiana - Junior[/ 21-10 - 12-4 - #14 PHP Code:
Airhart's been having a great season for the Hoosiers. Indiana should be a strong team in the tournament. Thomas Nights - SG Syracuse - Junior[/ 20-10 - 11-5 - #25 PHP Code:
Nights has been playing good basketball for the Syracuse who should be NCAA Tournament bound. Tim Lucas - SF Kansas - Redshirt Sophomore 25-6 - 12-4 - #11 PHP Code:
Lucas is one of the country's best players and he's only a sophomore. Stringer Bell - SF Kentucky - Redshirt Sophomore 17-13 - 9-7 PHP Code:
Bell's season is probably done as he has a stratched cornea. It has not been a typical Kentucky season. They probably need to win the SEC Tournament to get to the NCAA tournament. Travis Elkin. - PG Virginia - Sophomore 11-19 - 6-10 PHP Code:
It's been a very bad season for a normally good Virginia program. Danny Wilson. - PG Duquesne - Sophomore 9-21 - 5-11 PHP Code:
It's been a bad season for the Dukes. Wilson has been a great rebounder all season though. Dave Jamison - SG Cincinnati - Sophomore 28-2 - 16-0 PHP Code:
The Bearcats remain very very impressive and Jamison is playing well. Samuel Evers - C Charlotte - Sophomore 14-15 - 7-9 PHP Code:
It's been a good season for Evers, but not for the 49ers. Chris Prewitt - SG Iowa - Sophomore 20-10 - 12-4 - #13 PHP Code:
Iowa has been getting better as the season has gone on. Samuel Clark - PG Indiana - Sophomore 21-10 - 12-4 - #14 PHP Code:
Clark has ran the offense well for the Hoosiers all season. Riley Navraj - SG Michigan State - Sophomore 22-8 - 12-4 - #12 PHP Code:
Just imagine what Riley could do with starter minutes. Logan Johns - PG Oregon - Sophomore 17-13 - 7-11 PHP Code:
It's been a disapointing season for the Ducks who will probably have to settle for the NIT. Adam Robinson - SF North Carolina - Sophomore 23-10 - 10-6 - #19 PHP Code:
Robinson has remained steady all season for the Tar Heels. O.N. Pritchard - PG BYU - Sophomore 23-8 - 10-4 - #18 PHP Code:
Pritchard continues to put up big numbers for BYU. Sepulpa Eckberg - SF Texas - Freshmen 25-6 - 15-1 - #4 PHP Code:
Texas should definitely make a run at the NCAA Title. Wahoo McDaniel - PF Cincinnati - Freshmen 28-2 - 16-0 - #1 PHP Code:
McDaniel's season is over with a torn quad. Owen Hunter - PG Missouri - Freshmen 20-11 - 9-7 PHP Code:
Hunter has been terrific this season but the Tigers might miss the tournament. Neil Pritchard - SG Mississippi State - Freshmen 16-13 - 6-10 PHP Code:
Mississippi State has struggled in SEC play this season. Sam Jolley - PG Indiana - Freshmen 21-10 - 12-4 - #14 PHP Code:
Jolley has been solid for the Hoosiers. Brian Butts - SG Tennessee - Freshmen 18-11 - 10-6 PHP Code:
Butts has been good for the Vols in his freshmen year. Recruits John Carlson - C ***** 5 Stars - Cincinnati Litchfield, MN - Litchfield High School Cincinnati Jeremy Prewitt - PF ***** 5 Stars - Indiana Peoria, IL - Peoria Manual Indiana Michael Connelly - SF **** 4 Stars - Utah Santa Fe, NM - Santa Fe Preparatory Academy Utah |

Looks like the Pac-10 is head and shoulders above the rest of the league this season.

Nice NIT tourney for RJolley.
SJolley needs more time, but he's got a good PG ahead of him. IU needs to go to a 3 guard offense. |

What a heartbreaking second round loss! If only I could've done more. Ironic that we beat one of the unis I'm considering for grad school in the opening round, though.
And as signup for next season: Gabriel Arcadia C 7'3" whatever an average weight would be Park High School Racine, WI Strength: Post Defense

Well sorry UCLA Phillips is about to spoil your championship hopes once again and prove to be the greatest player in this dynasty. I predict USC wins and Phillips proves a more dominating force than the duo of Nielsen and Nights
