I am not sure that would benifit me. I think a whip is an inferior weapon to my warhammer. So at best a +1 whip would equal my current weapon. i think if it had been another type of weapon I would make a deal..+1 flail or hammer

Well, you can't use a sword, so it would at least be a weapon you could use, right (at least I think clerics can use whips)?

Clerics can't use whips. We can only use blunt force weapons.

In other news, my encounter with bandits completely sucked. Not so much for ntn. He got the rolls, and got it done. Killing four bandits of his own and then finishing off the last two of mine. Meanwhile, after a ton of misses (felt like to me) and seemed like max damage every time from my bandits, I had cast all of healing spells and still needed to run away. Ugh.

I got some experience out of it, and that's about the only good. All the booty left behind is ntn's (he'll likely make a killing off of that, way to go ntn).

So, ntn, what do we do now? Try to meet back up? Go our separate ways? I'm sorta torn. I hate to waste a day. But then I haven't had a ton of luck either (ironic, since I chose that spell as my second First Rank spell).

BTW, did you level up with all that EXP?

no I did not level up in that mess . I did score a leather armor and another long sword...plus a plain helm which is a part of some prestige item and some gold

I just fell into a pit, took a bit of damage, and got poisoned - but hey, I just learned neutralize poison, so I'll be fine.

On another note - Thomkal, I found magic robes and a ring, I'll need you to ID them.

I am going to try to get some healing stuff from the Djinn, too. It might be good then to take a day. That way, I can get my spells back, too, and finish healing you up when I get back there.

As for where I am, saymo, saymo, it's the chest room. The big chest open and raided (of course). I guess the invisible ninja doesn't regen (or at least not right away, or hell, maybe he's sneaking up behind me right now).
