The "Green" list is a "Not Sylar" list - some of the people on that list still have potential to be Company. The events of Day 2 don't mean much for you and Neon in terms of not being Sylar, but it stands to reason they help you in terms of not being Company. I'm suggesting there are other reasons to think that the two of you are less likely to be Sylar, but the cases are not as compelling as people who have been Seer-cleared.

To follow up on this, it may be a good idea to keep me alive as well because that basically gives us good guys two scans a day with my spy power (chance that it fails though). Sooner or later Render or I are bound to hit on Sylar or any Company members left, and the odds get better for us with every person we can cross off the list.

I'd willing to vote for mauboy1 today to support our seer here, even though its not the one I'd like to vote for. Render you might think about telling me who you are going to scan if you think it it safe to do so, so we don't duplicate our efforts.

We certainly don't need to be unanimous on our votes - in fact, doing so obscures the value of voting records. I would rather have people voicing their opinions on the correct move and have their vote reflect that opinion.

I'd like to vote for DaddyTorgo. Alan suspected him, and there's the matter of the alleged attack on Path where he was dropped from a great height. Nathan Petrelli's (who DT says he is) power on the show is flight. Plus it wouldn't surprise me that if one of the Petrellis is evil like I said with my character's family. Right now we are thinking Schmidty (Peter Petrelli) is good, so I think its possible DT is bad.

But I don't want to screw up Render if he's already put in his seer view for the day and won't be around to change it. I'm assuming it won't be mauboy, so we should vote him out to avoid the confusion there and because he is high on the suspect list for many.

How am I to put myself on the line? Yeah, put me on the line. It's too late as it is. But that's fine, I've accepted my fate as a hero who has fallen. I couldn't really make my role noticeable for everyone to enter me into the circle of trust. Adding a vote onto a total just to prove my innocence seems kinda silly, why wouldn't I try making it worth while? Ah, well I guess. The heroes pretty much dominated this game so we don't really have to worry at this time.

If we somehow lose this game I'm going to be pissed. That is all. LOL

There is a bounce in everyone's step as the group convenes for the day. Which is surprising, since one of you is dying today. The votes are in and it's fairly clear, Mauboy has to go today. The focus on him begins, but just as it does, he begins radiating electricity from his hands. He shouts "Hold your horses folks, you've got the wrong guy. Let me show you what to do". And with that, he unleashes a furious bolt of electricity towards Barkeep49. He is electrocuted almost instantly.

Deciding just one person needs to die today, you investiage Barkeep's somewhat charred body and find nothing of note.

Barkeep49 was Daniel Linderman, and he was a Hero!

Night 6 results

Hardly able to sleep after the confusing actions of the day you awaken to your radio and faintly catch the host mentioning a Serial Killer of some sort.

You flip on the tube and hear another disturbing tale of a man who was sitting at home when someone came in and attacked him. Again, the top of his head was cut completely off. You wonder what is next as you recognize the man as Thomkal.

Thomkal is dead. He was D.L. Hawkins, a Hero!

That is indeed a possibility, Grey. If the head was cut open for both nights, then it's a big chance that that's so. Let me check back on what happened to Alan T on night 6.

He doesn't seem like he died from a Sylar kill. Poison, apparently. Not sure if the means of death (outside of the open head description) has anything to do with who killed who.

I think it is almost impossible for Path to be Sylar if Sylar's powers are gained through night kills. No one who has died had the ability to survive a kill attempt. In the show Peter could assume this power by contact with someone who has it (he absorbs it from Claire in Season 1) but Sylar would have to kill someone to take it.

The trance confirms the power, but not the identity, unless that was the night when Sylar killed.

I think I moved you to the clear list for meta reasons.

Also, while I'm not thrilled with mau's action, he was kind enough to hit someone who wasn't on the non-Sylar list.
