Well, on the "why they are removed," the rules haven't changed in over 8 years:

I do get it. And I have said repeatedly that the rule will always be inconsistently applied. I'm sure I've said it in this thread. I don't have the time to read this thread and police everything. I get something being removed if a nipple is showing or something like it, but pics of fully clothed women being removed? If a coworker catches you looking at a chick in a bikini while you are at work, it is your own damn fault.

I disagree.

I take an hour for lunch at work everyday. I am permitted to go to most sites from my work laptop. I usually go into the small lunchroom at work and eat so people won't bother me at my desk and bring my laptop. Ishould be able to look at FOFC and not have to worry about the lady from HR seeing a potentially offensive picture while she microwaves her lunch.
