CR - something happened to me last night when trying to use my ability on you. I'll give you a chance to suggest what you think it was before I tell everybody. That way I can confirm if you are right.

BTW - THis is proof that the generally accepted theory (which I challenged) that titans knew what roles were int eh game and could false reveal easily is not true.

Last night, I had an interaction with st. cronin due to my ability, and the pm description of st cronin led me to beleive that I know his role, and if correct, he would not be a titan. I have the ability to make someone use their power, at whatever level of strength I have. On Day One, I used this power on Lathum to target Barkeep. I do not learn what Lathum can do, and if he ha several powers, he can chose which. At the time, I didn;t trust Barkeep much, so i was hoping I coul dget hims scanned or soothsayinged. I aslo was under the mistake impression that this would be in addition to that person;s nomral role.

This power was described to me as part of me being the God of Bloodlust.

I later had it clarified that it is not in addition to their normal power, it just redirects their power. Thus, if I force LAthum to guard hoopsguy, for example, it would override his normal action, not give him two. THis makes my power much less interesting, and I found this out last night when I asked several clarifying questions.

I've never seen a role before that allows you to trigger a person's power, so I think its neat, but without the ability to double up, it's usefulness seems much less impressive. I could try to get a titan to kil a titan, but without knowing who they are, I'm just as likely to hit one of the big three I suspect.

Anyway, that's my ability and role. I would prefer not to divulge what happened last night, that would give too much away regarding other gods.

On night 1 I actually prevented Lathum's vote from counting. This is why I was so skeptical of all the vote analysis that followed. That was a one-time ability.

I was hoping the wolves would keep hoops alive tonight. I had a feeling he was Hades... and needed a reason to keep the Wolves from killing him, thereby my constant pushing of his buttons.

He probably had the Helm of Invisibility, giving him the power to turn invisible on Day 1, and take a view of someone's role... the Minotaur, who hoops hinted to be good.

The noose tightens. The Olympians far outnumber the Titans by a big margin (assuming there are 3 starting, only 1 left, and assuming 4 starting, 2 left)

They have to get a 1-1 ratio with olympians AND kill Poseidon. A difficult taks for the Titans, indeed.

Here is what I know:

Lathum is a Titan. He is not the bodyguard. From the Titan roles left:

Coeus - Titan of Intelligence
Crius - the "Ram"
Hyperion - God of observation
Campe - She-dragon with a woman's head and torso with a scorpion like tail.

I would guess that he is either Crius or Campe based upon what I suspect cronin and Anxiety's roles are. Furthermore, Anxiety's power is not what he says it is. If Anxiety could force an act, then at worst case scenario, he would've forced Lathum to observe or communicate with Barkeep. I don't believe this to be the case. I think that cronin's role is most likely Hyperion.

Those are the three I believe are Titans. I think that's all of them.

What I propose is to lynch Lathum and let me scan Anxiety. I am less sure about cronin, so let me get Anxiety next cycle. After Anxiety, cronin.

Oh, and if you didn't get it, I'm Apollo. I scanned Barkeep the first cycle, Telle the second (which was a weird message...she got me sick when I scanned her), and no one the third cycle (didn't get my PM in). I scanned Lathum and he came back a Titan.

Unfortunately no. I asked Alan if I could scan more than one person and I can't, so I just go with 1 AP for a vote and 4 for scanning. The more APs I use the better the read I get. That's why Barkeep and Telle came up with "most likely" instead of they definitely are.

I have a strong suspicion about cronin, and he ain;t a titan. If he vouches for an uncontroverted rr and bg early inteh game, I'm not going against that.

Points for Lauthum being exatly who he is:

1). As we just learned, the Titans don;lt know whgat roles are in teh game and can;t just randomly rr. That makes Lathum;s early rr even more ironclad

2). BG rr early revealed, unconmtroverted as well. Another point in his favor.

3). I trust cronin because he is almost assuredly a good guy, he sayys Lathum is fine. I gotta go with that.


That's a strong person to go after just because you have a hunch. LEt's wait until we hear from CR before barking up that tree.

Had it not been for RA's reveal, I would have pushed for another showdown... Chief Rum vs. PurdueBrad. Of course, Chief put in one of the nails on ardent's coffin.

As it is, Anxiety says that Chief will be able to provide additional information.

Anxiety, I think that RA has no other reason to lie, if he is caught in the lie, he's dead. We now have a showdown between RA and Lathum.
