Dac, great post. However, I hate to point this out, but I believe my vote went to Neon...before his reveal.

Would it have made a difference? So he says he has some equipment that prevents him from getting killed at night. I don't know how you prove it. It seems like the general strategy here is to go quietly into the night, I'll agree with that. We shouldn't get too down though, we still have a decent shot considering the number of players. |

It just doesn't make sense to me, though. If I always play my role close to my chest. The last two games I've come out with fake role reveals to hide my true role. But when it's obvious you're getting lynched, you might as well play that trump card. I know I would have done it.

No thorough analysis on that list other than the fact that Gram is still alive and this time he was a big part in killing path... however, I'm pretty certain that most of us at least had some suspicion of Path so it wasn't a completely strange move.
However, Gram is definately my top candidate now.. just like Des and Schmidty says, if he is the duke (I'm guessing that means he's the guy from the Ministry of Magic?), then he'll be able to clear himself immediately and no "real" harm done at this late stage of the game. If Gram falls, then dubb is the most likely number 2 guy. 1) Grammaticus 2) dubb 3) Kwhit 4) Superman My Kwhit and Superman suspicions are based on their votes today and their reasoning for placing them. Kwhit first voted for Jesse (the odd candidate), claiming it was because he switched votes late in the SnDvls-voting.. which was false.. Jesse never did that. Then he changed his Jesse-vote to Path (wizard). Superman gave no reason to vote for Jesse, then a "hmmm" when unvoting, and finally voting for Path (he makes sense?).

I've been wading through the posts starting from the very beginning. I found a few "interesting" things, nothing incredibly noteworthy.
Day 1: I go to class. Neon tells someone to take a chill pill. I never saw that. When I got back from class I pretty much scanned and skipped my way to the day vote, where I found that Neon had did his role reveal. What's so funny about that? When I got angry at Neon, I told him to take a chill pill. Ironic to me. Blade mentions there are two bodyguards, and "it's a fact." Really out of the first 350 posts, those are the only things I saw so far. I'm still wading, though.

But why would the DEs bothered to have gone after him? He's been relatively on the hotseat for three days now...wouldn't it have been a waste for them to go after a guy who was probably going to get lynched anyways?

I think Path did try and defend himself early, but threw in the towel, maybe a little early, but I understand. I don't know what could have saved him, except maybe the duke, except the "duke" voted for him also.
Yes, the two nights to kill thing would have been great, now that we all know what his capability was. Any insight into who is going to win the 2005 World Series Blade? Last edited by Desnudo : 01-14-2006 at 11:56 AM. |
