Harbaugh needs to leave his special teams coach on the tarmac.

Don't let your son be an assistant coach in the Big 10.

It is weird watching this. I hate Alabama and would normally be pulling for them the lose, but I hate (or maybe I'm just tired of) Jim Harbaugh more. So whenever something bad happens to Bama I start to celebrate then stop myself.

Getting away with that pass interference may have won Michigan the game.

That was 100% a QB run and 100% a blitz and both teams knew it. Should have had a Tebow jump pass in their playbook.

They just showed the replay, it was. I think that Alabama center might be another son that's getting disowned.

On the bright side, that game will help clear up my social media some.

The number of whining cunts from UGA and FSU is already dwindling and I suspect it'll shrink more in the next few hours.

Multiple false starts on that play not called. The guard did a good job of acting like he was turning out of his stance to hear the call though.

Great game! Michigan was able to overcome a lot of mistakes.

Hail!! Go Blue!

Rooting for Washington to win it all. It’s strange seeing our former QB Penix and our former OC DeBoer competing in the playoff.

That's probably where I lean rooting wise, mainly because of Pac-12 winning the championship in the last year of the conference seems fitting. Unfortunately, I think Texas is going to win this game.

I have little rooting interest in the 2nd semi tbh. I'm a mild Texas lean strictly due to the presence of Manning on the roster. I did describe Pennix as the player with the highest ceiling on either team, the one who could put a team on his back for a win.

I'll root for either with full enthusiasm next week, I'd rather see college football cease entirely than to see Michigan win given their misbehavior earlier in the year.

post game apparently reveals that it was an RPO .. and the P portion was open ... it suggests that Milroe got the sketchy snap & panicked into an epically bad choice

Bad snap and the free runner coming off the edge.

So like 75% of the other Bama snaps during the game.

I don't know about Alabama's center situation but it seemed like he had the yips all game.

Saban knew it was a weakness. They offered WVU's Zach Frazier a lot of money to enter the portal last offseason.

And a quote from one of the OL that's in the espn game story seems to say it was run play all the way

I kinda get the feeling that not everyone is a big fan of DC Kevin Steele.

(from the Dallas Turner declares for the draft story)

Quote:
"But like the rest of his Alabama teammates, Turner struggled to pressure Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy in Pasadena. The Crimson Tide had only one sack and no QB hurries. Turner pointed out afterward, "I don't always rush the quarterback."

"Why?" he added. "I don't know. I just do what I'm told."

Outcoached Texas for 56 minutes and then just shit his pants at the end. What a wild ending.

The dumbest thing was not running on 3rd down before kicking the field goal forcing texas to use its final timeout. Then they could have just kneeled down.

I went to sleep when Washington went up by 10. I knew the game wasn't over, but it felt like Washington was in control. I hate these games that start so late on a night before a normal work day. It is a holiday! Play these games in the afternoon! Don't start them at 8:45, then add 20 times the normal ads for a football game.

Michigan up to 5.5 now. It was been steadily climbing. Sounds like the sharks are going heavy on Michigan versus the public betting Washington.

It feels like Harbaugh winning the NC and then immediately leaving for the NFL after a season of blatant cheating would be the best metaphor for the new era of college football.

This is kinda why I don't have much hope for Washington to pull off the upset.

It's just too ... representative ... for Michigan to win.

At least that'd allow me to hold out hope they get stripped somewhere down the line.

First real issue using YouTube TV. Can't get the game to broadcast clean. They must be getting slammed.

I've never had issues with YTTV and I don't think they'd get slammed this far into their existence. You could try using the ESPN app.

You didn't mess with the broadcast delay, did you?
