Keep in mind, even though we had 2 people with 3 votes each, it was hoops who brought up the fact that a few more people had 2 votes each, and then it was later that PB put in a 3rd vote for CR. I'm not sure what to make of path's following him -- it could be wolfish, but the self-preservation hides it as villager-like, too. I think a lot of it depends on EagleFan -- did he really mean to cause a tie?

If you want to follow this thought through to its logical conclusion, then what does this say about the people who had multiple votes?

I'm working through my own set of conclusions on the vote last night and they don't involve me as a wolf leading Purdue. But I agree that EagleFan is the most important vote in the group because it impacts the reads on Path and Chief Rum big-time.

Hoops, one issue with your plan is - lets say Chief Rum gave somebody the knife, that person will likely trust Chief Rum, but NOT necessarily trust hoopsguy. For example if I had the knife, there are players some people are very suspicious of that I would not be willing to target.

If it were two folding tables, I'd think it was more workable, since we have no roles left to block (bodyguard, seer). But the knife part worries me.

Lathum, I'm hoping you have stuff ready to move tonight - hasn't exactly been a lot of suspense. And I'm really wondering where the night kill will go ... the game got a whole lot more interesting assuming that Crim was telling the truth today and we didn't just get served.

Seeing you as a wolf makes me think CR is good, path could be either, but most likely bad, and RendeR most likely good.

Cronin, given that I have none of the devices in play, and have not acquired anything like ironclad trust from the masses, I understand concern about the knife. I would strongly prefer not to die to friendly fire. But if it is going to be used, I would rather that there is some level of coordination around it.

Here's hoping that's on the level and here's hoping we're able to block another night action. Glad that 25% serving tray worked. AND now I know that it will tell you who passed you the item.

No, I didn't find out in the pm. I found out from the thread, RA announced he had it, but didn't know who gave it to him. Then he said he was gonna pass it to someone, but wouldn't say who. then I got my pm, saying, Congratulations, you may have already won $50,000!!! No, wait, that was a different pm. I got one saying that someone had sent me a serving tray, but not who.

Same tonight with the golf club. No idea who.

Actually, I'm not so sure about RendeR anymore. I can see some things going down where he is bad, and a lot was done to save him, since he wasn't around at deadline to save himself.

Lathum, will you answer questions about the order for processing actions? Or is that intended to remain hidden from us?

There is little suspense today as the tide roles towards PurdueBrad. You all advance on him with Crim, his accuser, leading the angry mob.

PurdueBrad snarls and screams "I'll never come without a fight!" He begins to change to wolf form and lashes out at Crim, slashing his throat. Crim falls to the ground, instantly dead. The mob advances on PurdueBrad and beats him to death before he can cause anymore damage.

PurdeuBrad was the brutal wolf.

A quick search of Crims body shows a bottle opener and a wine key. Crim was the bartender.

Night actions to follow

If I was a wolf, it would be extra funny that I said I wasn't a wolf leading PurdueBrad, as opposed to saying I'm not a wolf

In all seriousness, I'm expecting that there is a ton of value in the votes last night and hope that people follow a logical process while exploring them.

OK, looks like the three-item plan goes by the wayside. Now looks like table plus knife, assuming that they are still out there tomorrow and sit in good hands.

With just two players, I think this gets much easier to coordinate.
Knife = odds
Table = even

Or reverse the order. I don't care - I haven't looked at the player list yet and have no idea if I'm an odd or even numbered player on the sign-up list. I just hope that there are compelling targets on both sides of odd/even.

If people can think of a better option, or think that the idea of using both devices tomorrow night is just plain dumb, then please post those thoughts so we can discuss.

You all awake in the morning, shocked from the night actions before.

You realize one of you was missing. You all realize it is path12 missing. A quick search of the club finds him with a knife deeply imbeded in his cheast. You also notice his face was in the form of a muzzle and his fingernails were yellow.

Path12 was a wolf!!

Day 7 has begun

This is the answer to the question "why are Chief and Hoops still alive?" - because we have not secured trust yet. The wolves have made the move to eliminate roles/cleared every step along the way with the exception of Night 2 so far.

Wow, we are living right during night actions over the last couple of days.

Feels good to have been correct on the Path votes the last couple of days, as well as calling him out on his votes. Chief Rum looks pretty darn good at this point as well, with both Brad and Chief trying to bury him. EagleFan looks good as well, as he would very likely have coordinated his actions with the other wolves - or at least not directly contradicted them.

I wonder just how pissed they were last night when Lathum posted "Deadline" and then counted EagleFan's vote, even if it was in time.

Ok, this is what I'm thinking: Barring Lathum telling us what the order of night actions is, I'm waiting to hear if the folding table was used. Assuming it was used, and the only kill was with the knife, there seems like a decent chance that whoever it was used on is a wolf.

I'm in agreement with Cronin that we should definitely hear about item usage. And, with the knife, Chief knows who he passed it to so that should make a fake reveal pretty challenging.

Er, that should be Brad and Path trying to bury him (Chief).

Tomorrow night should be interesting because for the first time the wolves will be faced with multiple trusted villagers.

Trusted (high):
Raiders - unless someone else is going to take credit for passing Crim the item he used to protect himself?

Chief Rum - drew last minute votes from two wolves last night, passed the knife that was used to kill (unless he did the kill himself, which I wouldn't rule out)

EagleFan - saved Chief Rum from two wolf votes that would have gotten him lynched

Anyone else that I should be throwing in there at this point?

I actually held onto the table.... I said I was gonna pass just in case they decided they wanted to come after me, With us getting 2 wolves if we can pinpoint the last 2 we can vote to lynch and I can use the table on the other suspected wolf.

OK, so if that wasn't in play then:
1.) We got another block from someone who has not yet posted
2.) The wolf order had Path as the killer for tonight
3.) They got the Goth - consider this unlikely but don't have many other options
4.) They didn't turn in an order

Any other possibilities I'm missing?

I figured that I would have been lynched or torn apart by now so I figured I would start to "play" a little harder now.

This seems like it can be an addictive type of game, glad I decided to make the plunge.

Glad you are having fun. The games are only as fun as the people you play with, along with some help from the moderator in setting up the environment and maintaining a fair (not necessarily even) playing field. I think we've had a remarkably friendly game here, even when people have been put in some tough positions at times by votes, posts, whatever.
