I've finally figured that out. You got to change Edit Mode. The full WYSIWYG mode doesn't work with embed.

Same thing happens to me. There is something in this thread that breaks videos for me in FireFox.

If I close the browser and restart it I can view other videos, but as soon as I come back into this thread it breaks again. The only way to view these has been to paste the URL into IE and watch from there.
