Oh hey! With added misogyny! Gold Star!

I'm not lusting for their death or them getting paralyzed, but I want aggressive gameplay and monster hits. Otherwise we're watching guys get paid millions to play flag football. There comes a point where you neuter the sport so much where it's a lesser version of the game. Get better helmets, better padding. Otherwise the games become like All Star basketball games. All offense, little defense. It's pointless. The game is so pro-offense that you should check the stats Ryan Fitzpatrick got last season. Ryan Fitzpatrick!

Yeah, I've seen the site. A vast majority of what is on it goes back to 2003 and before. The PED thing is kind of funny. A vast majority of the guys on the list didn't take PED's. Virgil Green, for example, was suspended for taking a drug for ADHD that he was approved to take after he was suspended.

I don't think Denver cheated to win the last Super Bowl and I don't think they cheated this game either. But to each his/her own.

Not a fan of the Pats, but I do love that they reworked Ninkovich's contract(and Brady) so that he would save a boatload in salary even though he was suspended for 4 games.

Can anybody suggest a good site for scores, updates etc..

ESPN's layout rapes my eyes and offends my senses.

Edit: CBS Site is 1000x more better. My lord, why have I never gone there before.

And the Eagles lead the league in scoring. He had a couple shaky throws but Wentz looked very calm and composed.

Bengals generally played like ass and are still only down 3.

If they don't make some halftime adjustments, they'll lose by double digits.

The Chargers laying it on the Chiefs.

Hill isn't turning it over for the Vikings, but he doesn't look good either. The kicker picking up were he left off last year. Mariotta making the improvements I thought he'd make, he looks terrific.

Raiders pass defense struggling badly and they aren't getting pressure on Brees after the first series.

there are a lot of teams struggling to run the ball right now. The one huge exception is Houston who is in the game largely because of Miller. Brock has had a pretty iffy half.

Yes. Granted, it's only against the Browns but he has shown some promise. Those touchdowns passes were both placed beautifully.

Yes, they were. Perfectly placed throws on both TD's.

What I said about Mariota? I take it back. What a horrible throw.

Keenan is a Charger and all. . . but I love that guys game. Very sad injury.

The Raiders are just not getting ANY pressure up front at all. And Carr looks very average against the Saints defense. As an avid Raider hater, I still bought into the hype this year and had high expectations. Color me disappointed, they look bad.

Dalton has looked good today, especially considering how porous the o-line has been.

edit: Both the Bengals and Jets looked totally gassed on D.

The Jaguars waste all of their timeouts, Packers come up late and show blitz on a critical 3rd and 6, Bortles reads it late and takes a delay of game. Sacked on the next play. A potential tying drive is stuffed. Still over 5 minutes left in the game, but they have zero timeouts. If the Packers can get 3 first downs, the game is over.

RG3 clearly fucked up from a monster hit. Stays in the game. Looks like he's about to pass out after the next play. 5 minutes later a doctor is looking at him.

Horrible management by the Packers. They had 2nd and 1. They run a toss sweep and lose 3 yards. They take a timeout. Come backout, take another time out (not allowed, ends up being delay of game) Then they thrown an incomplete pass to stop the clock. Jaguars have the ball with a chance to win the game. (currently right around the 50 yard line facing a 3rd and 10)

Falcons have to drive 90 yards for a tying score against the Bucs. No timeouts and 1:52 left.

A 4th and 14 holding penalty on the Packers keeps the Jags drive alive.

Meanwhile, the Raiders and Saints have both decided defense is optional.

You don't often win when you get that thoroughly outplayed in the trenches, but I'll take the win for Cincy. I know the Jets have a great d-line, but the o-line for Cincy needs to play a lot better than that.

And Dalton is clearly a top ten QB at this point.

Clinton Dix catches the ball, gets hit, the ball goes in the air, he's going to the ground. . . and he catches it again. Jags not have the ball at the 20 with 47 seconds left.

Raiders drive down and score to get the game to 34-33. Now they are going for 2 to take the lead. (47 seconds left, even thought the Saints have no timeouts, it still wouldn't shock me if they have time to score with how insane this thing is)

Raiders convert the 2 point conversion. Crabrtree reads teh Raiders history book and acts like a complete and total idiot. He gets an unsportsmanlike penalty to move the kickoff back 15 yards.

Just misses and the Raiders win one. Very impressed the Raiders got the win and the heart they showed. Incredibly unimpressed with their pass defense. They simply weren't generating any pressure at all today, if they want to win consistently, that had better change.
