The false start on AJ Green was ticky tack. Work so hard to get down inside then ten and then blow it. Sigh.

The Marv Albert team is consistently one of the worst set of announcers I have ever heard.

Bears just can't get a break. Forte down with an apparent knee injury.

Broncos defense with a pick 6. It's a good thing they have Tebow, because there's no way they could've got a pick six without him.

Actually it wasn't. I haven't seen the play but as I understand it somehow he fumbled and the ball went out the back of the end zone and he had been credited with a 56 yard loss. Assuming because nobody actually recovered? I don't have a clue. Kinda want to see the play but in any case, the fumble was overturned.

There really wasn't much to the play. He had the ball on a long run, it got punched out and rolled forward toward the back of the end zone. He recovered it himself in the end zone for a touchdown. It was originally ruled a touchback because it was so close to the end line, but upon review, it was ruled a touchdown. So it's just a long touchdown run, basically.

Edit to add: There's no reason in the world it could have been a loss of yardage on the play, so I would call it a bug in whatever scoring system credited him with a loss.

I don't understand how officials can miss that. It wasn't clustered in a mass of bodies -- it was the first guy down the field for crying out loud.

Same refs that did the Dallas/Miami game on Thanksgiving?

It's amazing what happens when Denver gets in trouble. They do one thing:

They throw the ball on first down and usually get a 12-15 yard completion. Then the run miraculously starts to work. First play of this drive was a throw to Decker for about 15. Suddenly the successful runs start happening.

Tebow has three missed throws today:

1) first play of a the game, swing pass thrown to far in front of the WR
2) Perfect throw on an out route where Thomas is lazy and doesn't get the second foot down.
3) Drop over the middle by Decker (not a great throw, but a ball that should have been caught.

He's 6/9, 67 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT (or near INT's).

Throw the damned football on first down once in awhile. Not every time, maybe not 50% of the time, but at least 40% of the time. If he hits the throw, the entire running game opens back up. This isn't that hard.

Crap, I should have started Cam Newton this week in fantasy (seems when I try to outthink whether to go with him or Brees I make what ends up being the wrong choice).

why didn´t the Broncos go for 2 there ? I mean, down 1 or down 2 doesn´t really make much difference, right ?

also, how about Kyle Orton injured on his first play as a Chief ?

And that first Newton TD was awesome, that was a hiiiigh jump.

If two Gronk TD's is a Re-Gronkage, is Three Gronk TD's a TriGRONK?

Too early in the game to give up points I think. I'd have went for one.

Now Denver has the ball and it's a 1 point game again. Does Fox continue to keep the offense open a little, or do they go back into the shell and have a 3 run and out series?

Awww, no record for Gronk (yet), they're rulling the last one as a lateral and as such a Rushing TD for Gronk.. so he's still tied for the record with 13 TD's in a season

Not sure. You're the first person I've ever seen use these terms, so I think you're free to call them whatever you want.

Actually, if he scores a fourth TD, let's call it a diesel locomotive.

3 runs and out. Terrific Fox. Terrific. Jack Ass.

By the way, anyone who still wants to give the offensive line credit, you can stop. Seriously, just stop. They've had 2 situations where they needed to show up today. On the goal line, safety. 3rd and 1, stuffed against a team who hadn't stopped anyone on 3rd and 1 all year. Fox, get your head out of your ass and open up this offense a little bit.

Down 8 again. I pin that one squarely on John Fox. You had momentum and gave it away. Now you are looking at a deficit again.

Sensational INT return by Burnett of the Dolphins. Raiders getting smashed.

If refs are going to throw a flag when a DB looks at a receiver wrong they have to throw a flag when the receiver pushes off like that.

I remember a couple of weeks ago saying the Bucs will be in the bottom of the division in a couple of years once the Panthers get going. I guess I should of said weeks. It's a brutal division, but I think it's going to be some time before they get mentioned in terms of playoffs.

So then we throw on first down. TD to Thomas.

Does anyone else besides me see a trend in how Denver is doing things? Anyone?

Bucs complete disintegration continues.

Bengals, Raiders, Colts getting destroyed.

Yates looking OK as Falcons, Texans in a battle.

Sanchez vs. Grossman, Palko vs. Haney. . . good lord those games are bad.

CJ continues to play well, Titans keeping pressure on Texans.
