That was funny watching the smile disappear from Brady Quinn's face. Not a great pick by the Browns passing him up IMO.

I'm stunned. The Browns actually did the right thing.

He just said the Bucs have Phil Simms resigned! Wow he seems kind of old to back up his son...

Nobody thinks Tampa will pick Quinn, but their quarterbacks all suck.

Agreed.

I'm very happy with Calvin Johnson. Unless the Lions get an amazing deal, they need to stick with Calvin Johnson and finally have the offense they've envisioned since 2003 or whenever they drafted Roy Williams.

I love watching the ludicrous speculating the homers are all making on the ESPN draft watch. Some Ohio guy wanting to know if Cleveland will make a deal for the #5 pick so they can get Quinn. Um, if they wanted Quinn they would have drafted him already.

Does Arizona reach for Brown now that Thomas is gone? I could see them trading with Miami here.

For the record, Keyshawn didn't need draft coverage to be officially called annoying.

ah hoped Thomas would be there for my beloved Cards. Think they have to go with Peterson now, or trade and hope to get Levi Brown a little later.

You watching on Comcast, DeTox? If so, head down to 180. NFL Network. The coverage has been much better. I switched the moment Keyshawn was introduced on ESPN.

Seeing that Arizona and Washington are not in need of QB, they could trade down with Vikings moving up.

This guy Keith Kidd on the ESPN draft tracker is really a pain. He keeps throwing out "How do you pass on a franchise QB." So he's gonna criticize every team that doesn't take Quinn. How do you pass, d00d, look at your draft history. Top 10 QBs are a huge risk. Stop throwing this in our face. Maybe Cleveland learned from the Couch fiasco.

Smart pick for the Cards, even though it was high for Brown.

I'll give the Cards credit for going against conventional wisdom and taking need over the perceived "better player." Of course if Minnesota takes Quinn I have no clue what Miami will do.

If they don't trade it, yeah. As a Dolphins fan, sadly I think the Brown pick means they are going to be desperate to trade up.

Agreed. I'm a skins fan and that's my hope. I understand why the talk of Landry, but I think the Skins defense will not improve without better DLine play.
