So, we're past the deadline... what now? If the stage ends when WSUCougar ends it, rather than at the 18 hours after 7 pm yesterday, then burn Donner's hoof kick (no deer in range). Otherwise (meaning I'm too late for the last stage) belay that and await further instructions.

It’s getting tighter still! The leaders advance little as Jingle Bells slashes with his antlers and Egg Nog evades, while Donner slows to watch the action and gets passed by Vixen and his magic burst. Blitzen eases up to tie for 4th, with Mistletoe right behind. The rest of the pack is bunched, as Dasher blows a d10 with a roll of one.

Here they come! Mistletoe makes a move on Jingle Bells, who seems to slow to watch the wind gusts hit Egg Nog…but the Nog forges ahead, and with a final surge takes the victory by an antler over the Toe! Prancer’s feint is devastating to both Blitzen and Donner, who may well have tied for the win, but instead they are left behind with the rest of the field.
