Double coverage. Check.
Position to make the interception. Check.
Get two hands on the ball. Check.
The TCU WR just takes the ball for the TD. Dayum!

I think TCU is proving the value of the 8 team playoff.

1 - ACC Champion
2 - Big 12 Champion
3 - Big Ten Champion
4 - Pac 12 Champion
5 - SEC Champion

And lets these voting people name the 3 at large teams...

Thoughts on the Ole Miss field goal down 42 with seven minutes left?

Pretty standard for a whupped team to find a reason to keep playing...the motivation of the moment was to just get rid of the goose-egg.

That kind of attitude by the existing SEC teams is why Mizzou has made the SEC Championship two years in a row. They seem to think at times that greatness is just given away because they're a SEC program.

Do you really think that? Mizzou has made the SEC Championship two years in a row because it plays in the East and Georgia has choked both times.

More commonly seen in games like Sisters of the Poor vs. Alabama. Just seemed odd to me here.

But whatever. That game was sweet revenge porn for SEC-haters.

Mizzou didn't choke. So yes, they earned it. There's winners and there's losers.

They still have been in the SEC Championship two years in a row. All the rest is a moot point.

Sigh. I didnt mean to piss off all the Tigers here. Relax guys. Y'all are still the best that one half of the SEC has to offer.

So, in yalls esteemed opinions, what legacy SEC programs were so disinterested in playing Mizzou that the following statement applied?

It's a lack of focus by some of these programs. It's fine if you follow it up with results, but there's some fan bases and programs that have a high degree of entitlement in this conference. Hell, that's the reason so many people bash the conference in most cases, even when they are the best conference.

I think he finally realized he's not the most talented QB there. He still has to go to a smaller school to play next year though correct? I can't see him sitting out next year and then playing.

Forgot to add, I thought TCU was the best team in the Big 12. It was an epic meltdown that even created the issue. If they played again, I felt like TCU would know to not let up this time.

No, he would be a graduate transfer that would be immediately eligible, a free agent so to speak.

I really haven't heard anything about it besides media speculation, so I don't know if these "leaks" about where he is interested in transferring are coming from him or hopeful athletic departments of other schools.

If the score holds, the SEC West would be 2-3 in bowl games while the East would be 2-0.

You didn't piss me off.. I definitely agree we are in the easiest SEC division, but we have won it twice.. so that's something for us Mizzou fans.

I haven't had much interest in the SEC until Mizzou joined, so I can't really comment much on your statement.

2010 Independence -- Air Force 14-7 loss
2011 Sun - Utah 30-27 loss
2012 Sun - beat USC 21-7 (despite a 6-7 regular season record, got a waiver)

The whole college football in the south thing is a bit of a mystery to me but see what you mean so want say whether that is good enough reason or not for the negative views on CPJ in Ga.

Similar to Ole Miss and Miss. State this year. They had abnormally good years. Let's see if it is a trend or more flash in the pan. For the life of me though, I can't see GT's offense making them anything more than a second tier team.
