Lordy there's some bad football games underway.

Midway through Q2, Cleveland leads Buffalo 3-0 in spite of Anderson being 0/6 passing so far.

Well apparently we have out answers to the Redzone issue -- the NFL is blacking out the channel when airing against home games in local market. That wasn't the case earlier in the season. Assuming I'll get it back for the late game but it's still a pisser.

The Raiders and Russell specifically are comically bad.

omfg is this a boring horrid game. Cleveland sucks..The Bills make the Browns look good.... On a positive note, the Lawrence Welk show is pretty rocking today on the next channel over

Wow. On 3rd and 10, Tampa Bay's pass was batted by Darren Howard and was caught by a tackle, Penn, who ran for about 12 yards to make the 1st.

I have to say I don't remember when there's been this big a gulf between the good teams and the bad teams in the NFL.

After Delhomme's 8th INT of the year, Washington goes ahead 17-2. I really didn't think Carolina was this bad, damn...

The Delhomme era needs to come to an end this off-season. He had a good run, but his noodle-arm 'aint getting it done anymore. 'Tis a sad day in Carolina.

NFL Redzone shows David Carr running in for a TD and right on cue the announcer says " David Carr giving hope to Jamarcus Russell that a former number 1 draft pick can do something good in the NFL"

The Delhomme era needed to end in Carolina about 4 years ago. The John Fox era is long over too.

Anyone who has Mike Sims-Walker in FF, bench him now. Inactive vs Seattle for a violation of team rules.

Speaking of that trade, I heard Everett Brown's name for the first time all season today. Totally worth trading away a top 10 pick for so far!

I love the people who said Culpepper should start over Stafford. Culpepper has made more rookie mistakes then Stafford has.

My NFL Redzone saga is getting amusing. I couldn't get a hold of ATT customer service by phone so I used the online chat mode. The chat guy told me that the NFL had blacked out the channel in some markets. I didn't argue, although my impression was that the NFL wasn't blacking it out.

Then ATT calls me to say that the blackout listing was incorrect and they are trying to restore the channel to everyone. They've called back twice to see if I'm getting it yet. Funny!

Carolina puts together a few nice plays but gets stuck just outside the red zone. A FG makes it 17-12 early in the 4th.

Cleveland and Buffalo deserve to be relegated to the UFL for this display. I'm not joking, they aren't worthy of their fan's support at this point in time.

Carolina ball on the Redskins 12 after a crazy play on a punt, Panthers blocked a skins player into the punt returner while the punt was still in the air, the ball bounced off one of the redskins and Carolina falls on it.

I'll admit to allowing a smile on my face when I sent Derek Anderson out as my No. 2 QB this week with my main guys out on a bye and seeing him lined up against Mike Vick as the opposing No. 2.

So far Vick has outscored Anderson and I'm not sure Vick has even played a down.

Palmer with a perfect pass leads the Bengals to a 17-14 lead with 22 seconds left against the Ravens.

Holy cow. Jay Ratliff just blocked a FG for the Cowboys and I was convinced he was going to draw a flag for standing on a lineman to make the block. What he did was completely hurdle the offensive line and jumped again to make the block. Amazing move for a guy that size.

Culpepper leading Detroit back. I'll give credit where credit is due; he looks good right now, but a lot of it results from the Steelers D playing putrid in the 4th quarter yet again.
