While I can't get to their site anymore, the directory that they keep all the games in does have a "TPF Setup.exe" in it now, but its only 3.5 megs at this point and spouts filesize errors if you try and run it.

I've been checking that directory and it wasn't there before so maybe they are in the process of uploading it right now. Their site is so busy they are probably having a hard time doing that right now.
