Each month is still only a single entity, regardless of the number of blocks, so you do not need to specify a block. The blocks are only important in determining who is adacent.

Scenario & Question -- Your month defends 6 times. You are attacked 4 times by month A and 3 times by month B -- Does 6 succesfully defend against both 4's? Or does it fail to defend because 4+3> 6?

It fails to defend, and month A conquers your block(s).
