My college roommate was from the Austin area, so I used to make a lot of trips there. I spent a summer with him in Georgetown doing band camps and stuff like that (yeah, I was a band geek. Shock, I know). I hate Texas with a passion, but I do like Austin.

i'm torn right now, I really want another drink, I'm envious of anyone who can't type straight due to drunkenness, however I realize i'm about to fall asleep and another drunk will be useless.

The hot breeze in Austin doesn't sting? I have a hard time going outside during the summer because the hot air dries my contacts out in no time. If you're saying Phoenix is even worse than Austin in that regard, I'll never visit Phoenix. At least not during the summer.

I was planning on drinking, but it looks like I drank everything on Valentine's Day (or as I like to call in now, Freedom Day). And with tomorrow being Sunday, I'll have to wait until Monday to stock up.

In college we had a mini fridge in our living room that we used as a beer fridge. It was great. You never had to get up, go to the kitchen and grab a beer. Just roll your drunk ass over to the beer fridge and hope you're not too drunk to remember how to open a bottle of beer.

I'm thinking about doing something like that now. Except with an ice machine. Right now, I have to go back downstairs to get ice for my drink. That sucks. If I had an ice machine upstairs, I could make another drink right away. The thirty seconds it takes me to walk downstairs to collect the ice, plus thirty seconds to come back upstairs equals a full minute! That's too long to be going between drinks when I'm in drink mode.
