He's a no name guy, but I like the fact that I have a nobel winning economist who actually was the first President of the Caribbean Development Bank and turned it into a major financial institution with a mission statement of helping infrastructure and development of Carribbean countries. i'd bitch about Dzerhinzinsky being barely-Polish (born into a Polish noble family in present day Minsk (Belarus). I think you'd do better to clarify him as from Belarus or from Russia (think that's still available in Justice Minister) but whatever, I'm not really complaining. Not like you're trying to get around a blocked situation.
