okay let's play a game.

if you were a mason and the following two players were tied at the end of the day who would you pick to lynch?

Swaggs vs Molson

barkeep vs tanglewood

bullettspongs vs Cheif Rum

Farah vs Torgo

To be honest I'm not sure who the most obvious person is today.

If we don't hit a bad guy today, I think the masons should reveal tomorrow. But we still have some wiggle room, I think.

The Mason's can't reveal, I don't think...But I do think its time to force ties and give them a chance to be effective.

Look at the way she voted and her reasons for every single one:

- Day 1 she voted for saldana because he “suckered her into the game” - Day 1 vote but okay, it's throwaway vote.

- Day 2 she voted for Schmidty because “redheads can't be trusted”, why would she vote for someone no one would vote for unless she didn't wanna be suspected?

- Day 3 she rushed to vote for Lathum because “things at work have been hectic”, not enough reason IMO. Besides, Lathum was almost a lock and she knew it, that's why she hid behind the majority of votes.

- Day 4, this is the ONLY time I have seen Farrah give an explanation for her vote, but again, like Lathum the night before, it's a pile-on and no one would suspect.

Farrah is very vocal, but for some reason, she's been really quiet here so as to fly under the radar IMO. Think about it, she was viewing the thread when bullet asked her opinion, and she didn't give any. Is it because she was afraid of saying the wrong thing?

The thing that REALLY stuck out at me was when she quoted GoldenEagle and said thanks Lathum. Was it because she was thinking about swapping Blade for Lathum in the event the votes turned (see post 733)? She obviously voted for Lathum because “it was crazy at work”. Lathum mentioned on post 867 that she put a huge target on her back... now I see why.

It sounds absolutely nuts, but she seems very, very suspicious to me right now. Farrah's a smart cookie and I wouldn't put it past her. Farrah has an answer to everything, how come she's hasn't responded? I kinda threw something out there quoting her "readheads can't be trusted" post and was expecting some kind of smart aleck response (as Farrah usually has).

Am I reading too much into small things?

You know the guys in this game are so hoping for a cat fight right now.

I think you're reading too much into things. I've been quiet because I'm trying to get a hold on how to play.I don't usually play games like this, so I'm trying to take it slow.

This thread adds three or four pages everytime I log in so I spend most of my time trying to catch up. I skip a lot of posts. Honestly didn't see bullet's post asking for my opinion. If it's still wanted now, I'm really stumped. I thought for sure Blade was a wolf.

Ok going off that list:
I chose Molson to lynch. I like his candadicy yesterday and like it more today as evidenced by my vote.

I would chosoe tangle (duh)

Cheif Rum, since you've got to give Blade the benefit of the doubt

No opinion about Farah or Torgo, really which is suprising considering how many posts Daddy has made.

CR v. Molson - CR, though I do suspect Molson is playing a hidden "dumb villager" role

Swaggs v. tanglewood - Swaggs

bullettsponge v. togo - Togo

Gram v. Greyroofoo - Greyroo

It's just guesswork, really. I'm not sure it means anything.

I would pick molson, of course.

Swaggs because he's too good to be this quiet.

bulletsponge because he's been kinda in and out, but I know he's a vet, too.

And I would pick Greyroofoo because he GE is dead. Oh, you switched it to Gram. Well, greyroofoo has been too quiet to be a bad guy--all of them seem to be doing stuff in this game, and he has been alrgely absent, I think. So I would go with Gram.

Alright... I have had a real long, bad day and spent a good chunk of it in the ER with my wife (who has been very ill the past few days), so sorry if I have not been participating too much.

Here is where my suspect list begins:

SnDvls. Why?

Quote:
11 - Blade - Chief Rum, Barkeep, DaddyTorgo, tanglewood, molson, farrah, Grammaticus, Dodgerchick, Bulletsponge, Swaggs, greyroofoo
4 - Molson - SnDvls, Blade, path12, Anxiety

Would all of the wolves vote together in a runaway vote? Possible, but not likely when they have an easy opportunity to "vary" their voting patters in a runaway vote. Of the 4 people who voted for Molson, three of them are dead right now and none were wolves (or doctors or vampires). This does not clear Molson, in any way, as the vote was never really in question. But I cannot overlook the opportunity that the wolves probably took advantage of by breaking up their votes. They probably did not expect the Dracula kill to leave SnDvls alone here, however. It is also strange that he is calling on the masons to vote together, when it is obvious that they did last night.

More to come, but I need to gather some info first.

Goddamm. Blade was a villager? We've all been fucked by the wolves and we're turning on in ourselves.

Honestly I'm not going to rundown SnDvls lists and say who I'd vote for off them, but I'm thinking something along the following lines:

Chief Rum (hey...i promised Blade)
molson (something just rubs me wrong)
SnDvls
Anxiety
Farrah (i don't buy her excuse)

SnDvls and Anxiety for the reasons that Anxiety had in his post...he was right about SnDvls, but that doesn't clear him from suspiscion, especially baring in mind Blade's closing words about how Anxiety has played a perfect game so far and we need to look closer at him!

Now, my next group of suspects are speculation, but this is one of my "veteran" tips that I am giving away. I always look for folks that feign surprise or shock right after something eventful happens. I have been guilty of it in the past, early on, when I was playing for the other side, but I have noticed a few people doing it in this game.

Tonight's:

So, bulletsponge does the immediate surprise reaction two nights in a row. Why? I know I was not shocked and awed when, the past two nights, a human was lynched, but that is because we had no real, firm evidence (from a witness or seer) that we were killing a wolf. It was a best guess, so it really was not that surprising... unless you really want to make it seem like you are surprised.

My top three suspects right now (and there should be at least one other) are:
1. SnDvls
2. bulletsponge
3. molson

we will disagree on #1, but itsn't it funny we both have molson on our list...maybe we're finally onto someone.

I'll put it out now just like I did yesterday.

vote molson

with at least 3 to 4 people pointing at him if we're wrong with him I feel we've lost anyhow as we really don't have anywhere else to go then IMO.

FWIW

My response to Blade's alignment was neither shock nor real surprise. It was anger and frustration. I am not happy that we have missed from the go. I am po'd that the villagers have no real specialty roles, it feels like the game was stacked from the start and I have been trying not to bring that into the game. But, by now we should have freakin hit a wolf by pure chance.

Didn't Blade (who ended up being good) point us towards CR? Odds may be that BOTH of them are evil at this point though, as we're rapidly running out of time.

i'll be around for vote tomorrow (i work 7-4) so I'll hold off on voting now, but I'll say right now that I would like to see us drag CR or molson off to be lynched. I don't have a huge preference for one over the other, odds are getting greater that both may be bad anyways.

Very good point. I've expressed my own suspicions of sndvls earlier (and almost forced a three way tie when I voted for him)

But for what its worth, I wasn't calling for the masons to vote together. I just thought it was a potentially huge break that not one has been hit, and that its time for us to try to utilize them.

And I hope the wife's doing better tomorrow.

Blade had no special insight. We'll never hear the end of it, if he's right, but I see no particular crediblity he's gained in death on the matter of CR's guilt/innocence.

the masons know who eachother are per the rules, but can't say anything.

if BK, I, Torgo, Swaggs and Gram all have molson on our list of baddies it speaks loudly to me that he isn't a mason...and is as strong of a canidate to be bad in my book.
