Hoops, I know I'm looking forward to your plan. Are you waiting until after lynch to lay it out?

If for somr insane reason hoops is a wolf, it would be the best mind-frick in the history of WW that I've seen. And I would never trust him in any game again.

I've, of course, considered it but I don't see a reason why sacrifice Jackal when they did because they would've been awfully close to end game and I likely would've pushed yet another different candidate rather than Jackal or Hoops.

As yet one more day comes to a close, you hope that this will be the finale. Perhaps today you can find a Blakekin, and then hope it is your last.

Your decisions are much easier with fewer candidates. You rally behind a few people early on, but after a bit, you decide to cast Nadia Bloomington into the fire.

When her name is called, she yips a really high pitched yip, and then freezes. Well, the lack of a struggle will make this easy.

The smell of her burning flesh is almost intoxicating. You have become too accustomed to it. Like a dog who has tasted man flesh and wants more, you have crossed the lines and now killing is just another task, like eating or showering. It's like putting on your socks - it has no meaning beyond the mere simplicity of the task.

Nadia Bloomington is dead. You search her locker but find no signs of anything else.

claphamsa was a High Schooler

Chapter 13 ends. Chapt 14 begins and ends at 1:30 am and will be run early if I get all actions in and you tell me too.

Although the game started 9 male and 9 female, there are 5 male and one female remaining. Interesting.

Well, I'm not pleased with the result but I'm not stunned either. Of course, this means that it is going to be hard the rest of the way.

OK - the bodyguard should guard himself tonight if eligible to do so. Don't think about guarding anyone else as there would be a chance that you would be wasting the action on a wolf. If we are 4-2 at this point then the wolves would have a 25% chance of getting blocked at this point. If we are 5-1 at this point it would be 20%, but I think we are going to win the game so I'm honestly not that worried about that scenario.

Man, I don't know why, because it's makes zero sense, but....I...just....don't...trust you hoops at this point.

If you had decided and agreed to sacrifice a fellow wolf like Jackal, we would all be dead. That just scares me. I have to think. And actually, once I cast my vote, I think I'll leave it and not log in again until the next deadline, because I think I'm too easy for the wolves to sway.

Anyway, that's my thoughts for now.

Schmidty, if you want to discuss it tonight while we are both here I'm all ears. I'll answer any questions you want to ask.

As far as the rest of the way, I've got a plan in mind for the rest of the way that I hope will help with voting tomorrow. I think it will be a pretty tough vote and I'm going to be surprised if the wolves give us an easy out on the lynch tonight like they did yesterday (taking someone that we - at least I - would have suspected if he was alive).

Guess not. I'm going to bed, hope to continue the discussion in the morning.

We'll be at five players, more than likely. People should be ready to put their cards on the table, and come ready to re-check their assumptions rather than playing flat "gut" tomorrow. Hopefully it will be a really fun day of werewolf.

Well I know I havent been around at deadline but I said that when we started the game...or actually when I signed up. Im not glad that Claph died but I know that it wouldnt have been much better if we lynched me. This proves my theory right that the wolves had two on Jackal.

Just because I know i will be very much under the gun, I am going to reveal now instead of later. I am "Nobody Likes You". Weird cause ny guy is kinda popular but thats the role I have. I will die in a tie. Thankfully we havent gotten that far yet.

I dont know who to go with and am looking for direction. Hoops could have pulled the ultimate in that Jackal lynch but I dont think so. What are your thought guys?

You find no sleep tonight, no comfort. All of you fear your own death. Sleep eludes your vigil.

You hide in your closets and under your beds, trying to spy on those who owuld disturb your slumber and your life.

Dawn brings new energy to enervated bodies. You emerge from your watch to break your evening fast. A quick journey to school, and again you are greeted by a missing companion.

In the furnace, you find Raymond Drestin's clothes with a Star of David sewn into the inside lapel.

Raymond Drestin (lerriuqs) was a High Schooler

Chapter 14 ends and 15 begins. It ends at 10 pm tonight

OK - today is reveals day.

I'm the Diseased. This is the reason that I did not believe EagleFan when he put in his fake reveal with my role and then switched to seer 15 minutes before deadline.

It is why I said that I had a role, but would not reveal the role at any point along the way in the game. Because doing so would eliminate the value of the role by ensuring that the wolves would never come calling for me. But that value is gone now, if we are at 3-2. If it is 4-1, then I've given away some value but I think we are winning this game anyway. I'm playing like it is 3-2 but we need cards on table.

Based on the rules, the wolves are going to know roles that are in the game so they should be able to fake reveal much more effectively than normal. But I feel we need to do it and we need to clearly justify our actions to demonstrate the role.

I'll find additional posts where I've come close to defining my role (last night when I told the bodyguard to stay home rather than worrying about me, for example) if people have questions.

Lerriuqs, after the game I'm wondering if you can tell me why you trusted me 100% so early in the game when others did not. It was definitely something that I was planning on asking today.

So, in a sense, this was once again a good lynch for us villagers. Because while I wasn't voicing this concern, I did not see a role that he could have claimed that would have made sense. So he would have had to argue that it was gut-based and I'm not sure I would have believed it today.

Schmidty/NFG - I think you guys are alive today because you have expressed concerns about me most of the game. I'm a villager through and through and if we are at 3-2 then the wolves only need one vote on me from a villager to put this one away.

As for why I haven't been night-killed, all I can think is that I've been far enough off track this game that I'm not a threat (despite being cleared).

This here was the first time that I started worrying about Clap being a villager yesterday. Because if he was a wolf, why would he ask this question at this point in the game? I've been asking myself the same question for awhile, but not in the thread. But it was about this time that I started planning for today in the event that Clap was a villager.

Assuming a bad lynch + a night kill, we would be at 5 players left tomorrow.

For the wolves to win, they would have to have 5 starting wolves in an 18 player game. That seems like a very, very high ratio. I can't see it, even with one of the wolves not knowing he was a wolf.

My best guess is that we have two bad lynches left in us. The bodyguard role, and potentially the Diseased, are pivotal roles down the stretch that could potentially give us even more time if things break correctly.

I never commented on the lynch/kill stuff yesterday but I did put it in the thread in case I needed to come back to it.

EagleFan is lynched at the end of Chapter 5 (Day 3) and there is no kill during Chapter 8 (Night 4). We've always assumed it was a bodyguard block. Well, today we need to find this out for sure.

If there was a bodyguard, we need to know who they guarded on Night 4.

If we get this information, then we can expand the COT by 1-2 players. Obviously that is hugely important with 5 players left.

If you believe that I'm a villager, then I think there is a "safer" play for today and a little riskier play. But honestly, I'm under the assumption that we need a wolf kill today so is anything really that risky?

NFG, I was expecting to see someone who was going to come forward with a role.

PB - I'm at the point now where I'm incredibly suspicious that you are stil alive while being a cleared villager from Day 3 on. Night kills since then - Lathum, (none), NTN, Jets, Lerriuqs.

How in the world were those last two any higher value than you at this point?

I'm also of the opinion that NFG and Schmidty are both still around because the wolves are counting on one of them to vote for me today. Both of you have been willing to do this earlier in the game, neither one of you seems to trust me very much. If I was a wolf there is absolutely no way that both of you would be alive at this point. Probably neither, given the options available for the last two kills. Because I would not feel very comfortable at all about my ability to control your votes.

So, that leaves me looking at Mr. Cleared Villager (without knowing what happened on Night 4) and MartinD as my leading candidates for a vote today.

I know that is not the path that would seem the most logical, as I would consider those two to have placed me in higher trust than NFG and Schmidty, but I just cannot fathom that the wolf strategy all game long has been to antagonize me in the thread with the hopes that I would not target them back somewhere along the line.

I'm keenly interested in what the bodyguard has to say because I want to understand what happened on Night 4. If no bodyguard emerges, I'm pretty certain that I'm going to be voting for PB.

Alright, I was trying to do something that may have been counter-productive and yet, at the same time, this will sort of screw Hoops' plan.

I am the BG.

I guarded ntndeacon on the night nobody was killed and scored a block. Here is my list of block attempts:

Chapter 2- Self
Chapter 4- EF
Chapter 6- Self
Chapter 8- ntn (will discuss how I knew to do this in next post)
Chapter 10- Self
Chapter 12- Hoops
Chapter 14- Self
