If you end up dead, then it means st.cronin powered up his vote. I used only one.

Hang on, we don't know it was a wolf that did that. I guess that's probably a villager ability.

So this should be the final vote count:
Hoops - Cronin (946), Neon (1063)
AC - Racer (1076), Raiders (1092)
Chief - Anxiety (1028), Ardent (1066), AC (1098)
Telle - RendeR (1127), Lathum (1141), Chief (1157)

Do we know what is the tie-breaker, in the event that equal votes/points were used?

Well RendeR has a history of adding on to his votes.. and for reasons beyond my comprehension he's had it out for me since day one. So I'm thinking I'm dead.

I'm guessing that whatever person did it knew they had the vote in hand at that moment and was worried about losing it in last forty minutes.

So if we lynch a Titan, I'll believe it is Apollo. But if we lynch an Olympian, then I'll be looking up Titan names with power over daylight/time/whatever.

There are a couple of things I don't like about the power to put in early deadline:

1.) With simultaneous day/night schedule it means that many people probably didn't get to put in their non-vote powers
2.) People are going to be penalized points for not getting an action in before a deadline that they didn't understand

Otherwise, cool power.

Both very valid points, but considering the genre of the game, gods and godlike creatures, I think its a very fitting mechanic for THIS game. not sure I would like it cropping up everywhere though.

arlington colt - Racer (1076) Raiders Army (1091)

Actually we don't exactly know how the mechanic works. For all we know the ability was "make the day end 40 minutes earlier" and the guy/gal put the order in at noon and never took it off.

Or it could be something completely crazy, like "you have this ability but the possible consequences are an early nightfall."

In case I die I think it is important to not let the discussion about the mechanic dominate the game. All that would do is play into the Titans hands

I have nobody to blame but myself. I'm usually better about voting early but I had been re-reading posts. Still frustrating to not get a vote in, no night action, and then have the punishment tomorrow.

OOG: I always make it a point in these games to get a conditional order in early in the day. I've seen too many times where somebody's internet went down, or they got hit by a car, or something.

This is a data point.

You all stand there, scratching your heads for a bit.. No one is quite sure what exactly is happening. The sun has set, but where is Uranus.... Finally he appears at the normal time, without any great answers himself... "Who gave permission for the sun to depart so early? Everything has its time and place... "

Uranus clearly looks quite troubled by the event , and finally points at Schmidty while saying," Very well, You don't belong here.. SCRAM!" As Uranus points to him, Schmidty explodes in what is best described as Cow chunks.... everywhere... Schmidty has been killed! He was the Minotaur, a monster!

As several of you wipe the gross remains of Schmidty off of your clothes, the table, the walls... well everywhere... One of you suddenly point to the crumpled up body that lies where Render used to be. Just like Zeus was, Render is crushed almost beyond recognition! Render has been killed! Render was Hermes, an Olympian!

Day 4 has started. Day 4's deadline will be 10:00pm EST Friday night (or so we think......)

Game note: I will be away alot of the day tommorrow, so anything I receive will be responded to in late afternoon. If you have any urgent needs, please PM them in the next 2 hours tonight!

well at least we got the minotaur out of it.

So let me make sure I get this straight: those that didn't vote are docked down to 1 AP for this coming day? So all we can do is vote? Or we're docked one off and still required to have one used for voting so we have 3 for actions?

just want to be sure I get this clear and i'm too lazy to go look at pg 1

All of them.. I put them on when I voted for him before I left work in order to cover my ass.. and was going to switch it back down to 1 when I moved my vote.

And for some reason I kept thinking that meant 3 votes on him.. but it's three plus one, right??

Yes, players who are penalized are limited to just a 1 AP vote for Friday. No actions are allowed.
