The Chris Hansen one is basically this:

There is a recent internet fad with putting a picture of him up on a message board with a caption of "why don't you have a seat over there" whenever someone starts acting pedo (posting jailbait pics, etc.). He is a bit famous for that, now. You would also have to understand the picture that the guy is holding is of a cartoon character called "pedobear" who also shows up a lot in pedo-type spots. Here's a little bit about pedobear.

Chances are, Chris Hansen doesn't know what pedobear is.
