Everyone should know their color by now. Many pieces started out knowing and based on the piece types that have died, you should know whether or not you still have a PM partner.

Right, but what makes you think that the wolves are going to let you kill the king. All you need is a few night kills on the white side and then it could be a whole other event. If you disregard the wolves, you'll lose to them. Imagine two night kills of white pawns...

I don't believe that at this time, white is anywhere near checkmate, so...white needs to hope that the wolves keep picking off black pieces, which fails their objective of having both kings around for their victory...

I agree with McCollins here. I'm pretty sure most, if not all, of us have figured out what side we're on. In fact, claiming not to know does not look good I would think. Now, admittadly, I only know what team I'm on because my partner is smart and told me.

I sort of understand people voting for me, at least from the black team or wolves, but look at my play. Would a wolf pull off the out style I did today? I guess Hoops would but he is usually a wolf (or at least I think he is!) but I'm not Hoops. If you've played with me, you know my style.

If you don't know what colour you are by now then I despair.

Kings, Queens, Bishops knew which they were at the start. If you're a Knight and you still have a partner - you're black. If you're a rook and you still have a partner - you're white. If you're a pawn and still have a partner - you're white. AND if you're a white pawn then you need to make sure you're not voting for a white piece, because if you are a pawn you'd really be damaging your team. Because your vote is worth 4. Unless you're very sure you are voting for a wolf on the white side.

Cronin reckons that it will take too long to clear the board and then take Neon. We don't have to clear the board, we have to keep our numeric superiority. Cronin's also as good as admitted that the wolves are going to be taking out the white pieces. If we lynch a white piece today we've thrown away a golden opportunity to take control of the game. We're going to be evens which is exactly what the wolves want.

Does anyone think they're more than 30-40% sure they know who a wolf is? Honestly. Or are the white guys just going to hit and hope, happy to weaken the white position.

Just saw this. Initially it was because he wanted the black knights to out themselves and parade safely around the board scanning people. I'm not averse to scanning, but anyone who wants a Seer to out themselves *before* getting positive information gets a vote from me.

Even now though PB has admittedly that strategy was basically ridiculous.

I just unvoted him since I don't think a wolf would be so un-wise as to even suggest that, much less suggest that then even admit it's not a pro-villager strategy as he did.

I still theorize that it's not going to be so easy as white just always vote black and we'll win this shin-dig. Hence I'd like to find (at least) 1 more wolf before going that strategy.

But I'm a lot less sure about PB's wolfiness than I was when I voted, and if I'm possibly making a mistake I'd of course rather make it while voting a black piece to be lynched.

At this point in the game I tend to look to people who have played a perfect game, in terms of never once stirring up the pot or saying anything controversial, as potential wolves.

Rules:

Pawn
You are seen as the least important of your team, but you can be quite useful. Starting Night 4, you can learn the location on the board of one player (this will be their location as of the end of the night). If you end up controlling more than one Pawn (in the very likely event that there are less than 32 players in the game), your vote will count once for each Pawn you control

Each pawn-controller started the game with 4 pawns, per Pass's messages to begin the game.

During my games as a wolf, I have twice screwed up and given info in the thread that only wolves had. Then someone called me on it, and I claime di was mistaken, and everybdy took that at face value. I remember that, so I regularly look for people who put something out there, and then walk away. st.cronin did that yesterday. PB did that today, claphamsa did that earlier, sorta, when he stated something that had been proved in the thread as untrue earlier.
