This is so bad that I am now forced to root for PayPalCal and Kentucky for 2 games (cause no way Wiscy is beating this fucking Uconn team). I am just going to light myself on fire.

Would be odd to see Michigan win the conference, MSU to win the conference tourney, and then Wisconsin to win the national title.

If it is Wiscy vs. Uconn you could be sure I'll be rooting my ass off for Wiscy, but have you seen Uconn? They are on another of their ridiculous dream runs. Nobody is beating them.

Winning 30 in a row was a nice dream run, too. Off-nights in basketball happen.. just one of those things.

@ForecasterEnten UConn is one win away from a One Shining Moment montage of them shooting free throws the whole time.

While Charles has somewhat of a point with that teamcast rant, it probably would have helped if guides actually differentiated between the telecasts. I don't see anything on the DirecTV guide that says which channel has which broadcast. A casual viewer might not know wtf is going on.

IF this keeps up, we're looking at a 7 versus and 8 in the championship. What kind of odds would you get on that matchup going into the tournament?

Koenig -- trying to be too fancy. Let's relax. Work the ball.

I can relax as I've had shots.. They need to make their shots like I've made mine!

Final media time out -- Badgers up two, Bonus 1-1 for Kentucky. (Plz miss front end, k thx)

Dekker an interesting game tonight, perfect on free throws despite sub-60% shooter and hasn't really been all that aggressive on offense to get those free throws but lazy UK defense has given them the shots.

Trae Jackson -- I don't like that three he took, he can drain the shot a foot or two inside the three all the time.. not sure why he went there, dagger, yes, but... not the time yet.

Brust will hit a HUGE three soon. I can feel it.

Well, waddya do.

You miss one free throw all game and it happens to be the most important one.

Great game and what a clutch 3.

FWIW, Rex Chapman seems like he could be a good announcer, but the non-stop hommerism isn't appealing at all during a major sporting event like this one.

Tough loss for the Badgers. Very well played game.

So who had UConn vs Kentucky in the finals?

Well, I won't be watching the championship game. Damnit. So hoping the Badgers would pull it off, but you can't blame them. You give Harrison that shot from four feet behind the arc. And yeah, that FT hurt…but man, they were so close. Oh well. Good season Badgers.

No. I thought that was a possibility though when I saw it on two channels, I have both TBS and TNT right next to each other on the channel list. I guess I picked the wrong channel.

The Homecast thing was awful. I had to turn the sound off.

It sucks having to root for Wisconsin, and sucks even more to see them lose to Kentucky. Go UConn.

Well, thread title updated and I'm not sure I'll even be watching it. I'm ambivalent towards UConn and really don't like Kentucky. Put that together with the fact that most MLB teams will have already played a week's worth of games, and it's more off my radar than usual.

That's kindof cool that they showed 3 different broadcasts for the different fanbases. That's a good use of technology, tho perhaps of limited audience appeal.
