Boyish is an understatement. You are a priests wet dream. (Forgive me on this eve of Christmas Eve for this reference)

I feel intimidated to post any pics of me now... Not sure I feel the need to be judged on the hottie scale...

dang, the answer I feared! I was merely trying to hide the fact that I don't have many pics of myself, as I'm more often than not the picture taker and not the takee

okay, here's one I don't think I've ever posted here. Not so sure it'll net me many hottie points, I'm shooting more for the "loving father figure" kind of points

Dude, did you know that copy of The Lion King book is in a foreign language?

Definitely hot! Cute by yourself, but loving dad aspect gets you even more points! I'll need a 2nd from Farrah before we can officially add you to the list, but as far as I am concerned - you qualify

You're the Swede. And you even look like one, go figure.

Whats that picture from though? It's more like a picture of a picture, torn out of something.

Although I have no idea what a gymcard is. I am guessing an ID card to get into a gym. But then I don't know why you would be terrified about that?

Not sure I ever considered what you look like. Nice to have a face with the name though.

Haha, yes.. they're scary.. not to mention hilarious.. I don't take my workout half as seriously as some of the people there.. it's extra entertaining to see someone do nothing but various versions of chest workouts for 40 minutes.

Ok, that sounds reasonable enough I guess. I was worried about prison-like shower scenes.

Okay, I digged a bit in the few thousand pics I have on my pc here and dang if I can find more than 10 with me on them... Well, here's what I found...

From this Summer, with Matty. I swear, he was having fun, up until my wife pressed the button, heh

In September, with my older son Andrew, setting him up for the upcoming Halloween. I've been told he looks a tiny bit like me

most recent one, daddy napping with kiddo watching TV

Thanks, I think.

Seriously, I got the nickname from a few friends who said I was wound up like Duckman. I was very uptight when I was younger.

Oki, as this is getting bumped again, here are two more.

Me on stage on one of my band's shows, too bad we have left the music a couple of months ago.

Me with my wife past summer before she got pregnant, i doubt she will allow me to post the pregnant ones

175? Damn man, I just couldn't drop that low. Of course I say that now but we will see what happens later when I reach my goal, which is already lower then my original goal. Congrats on the weight loss though man.

I started out at 260, dropped to 170 and now am at about 180-185 and have been at that weight for a while now.

I put early what I have done so far, but not exact weights. When I decided to get serious I was at 295. Down to 245 right now. Goal was 220, which I have changed to 210. Don't think I want to drop below 200.

That would be the greatest compliment bestowed on your little one, but I want to make it clear I have not been anywhere near Arizona in the past year.
